This holiday home is in a small hamlet in the Valle Versa in the south of the province of Lombardy. It is surrounded by 20 hectares of vineyards. The area is famous for its Spumanti wines. The village lies in the hills of Oltrepo Pavese on the river Po. This area of Lombardy is well known for its wine production. This apartment (type studio) is located at the ground floor OR first floor. There is a shared terrace with views of the Chardonnay vineyards. This is a very good place to relax with plenty of opportunities for enjoying fresh air. There is a shared small summer house.
The holiday home is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday in the area. You can enjoy numerous excursions to interesting places. Pavia is around 40 km, Piacenza is 55km, Lake Garda is 120 km, Lake Como is 105 km, Genoa is 130 km and Milan is around 85 km.

San Siro is situated 40 km. north of Como. In a small car-free mountain hamlet lies this little two floor house (the floors are connected by the bathroom). The small accommodation has a cosy and modern interior. Small furnished balcony, communal court yard with brick table and barbecue, 20m from a huge garden (grass) blessed with a view of the lake. Parking on a big car park 100m.

peacefully located on the banks of the Idro lake. In the house you find two properties, simply but functionally decorated. The property (IT-25078-01, ground floor) has a small staircase that leads to the 1st floor, where two bedrooms are. Washing machine is present. the 2-Pers. property (IT-25078-02) is in the gigantic attic, that is accessible via a staircase outside (possible to place a child's bed). the house is on a property of 400 m²), where 250 m²) is a shared garden with garden furniture.

Lovely apartments, which forms part of a new, elegant and comfortable residence close to Tremosine, within a short distance from the Gardameer.
The residence is peaceful situated, far from the traffic and is situated in the heart of the new "Parco Altogarda Bresciano". An ideal place to make lovely excursions by bicycle or foot, even for those who love tennis. You will find the lake within 10min. drive.
The park is structured in such a way that the guest could freely use the facilities: open air swimming pool (25 x 10m), covered swimming pool (5 x 6m), 3 tennis courts, volleyball field, play hall, the barbeque can also be used. Furthermore there are among other things a bar, restaurant, video hall, telephone booths and wash machines (with coin system). Parking area for the car and a covered cycle store.
The apartments are furnished comfortable and equip with a terrace or balcony, from where you can enjoy a splendid view over the mountainous surrounding!

The good standard accommodation is spacious and light ( large glass walls, south westerly), that leads on to a patio or large balcony with garden furniture. The 2-pers. property (IT-23824-01) is on the ground floor in the lowest accommodation block and reached via 4 steps. 2-4 pers. property (IT-23824-02) is iocated in the block above, on either the ground floor or 1st floor. The 4-6 pers. property (IT-23824-04)is in the second block on the 1st floor. The 4-6 pers. property has an atrium (IT-23824-03) and is situated in the 1st block on the same level as the swimming pool and the restaurant. The lake can be reached via a small staircase. Attention: There is an additional Park fee of Euro 50,-.

Sympathetic and comfortable residence close to the charming lake of Como , quietly situated but still centrally positioned for several excursions. On short distance: Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello and Palazzi Brentano with their splendid gardens. The mild climate and nice surroundings guarantee a special experience in this residence. It is possible to sail on the lake with a boat (facilities supplied with the house, including the trailer, by request), with one of the many organized excursions or with a boat rented on the spot .
Also, the entire lake district (Lakes of Como, Lugano, Maggiore) is easy to reach. Como is at less than 30 kms (via a splendid trip along the lake), Milan is 70kms. away.

The location is ideal even for the winter sport (within 1hr drive) and visit Milan by train this way you can shop wonderfully in Milan without traffic and parking place.
Via the public boat transport, you can quickly go to Bellagio and reach the other side of the lake (info, prices and times of the boat line on: www.navigazionelaghi.it)

Cosy and lovely little apartment (30m2, on the 2nd fl.) close to Lake Garda and situated on a Agriturismo, which consist of a total of 4 apartments. On the farm wonderful olive oil, wine and grappa are produced and sold. The accommodation is close to Puegnago del Garda, within approx. 3km from Lake Garda (between S. Felice del Benaco and Manerba del Garda), Easily reachable, even wonderful by bike. The apartments are furnished with taste and very comfortable. Around the farm, you have a wonderful view over the olive and wine trees. Ideal fro a peaceful holiday, it is easy to visit the surrounding: the Lake Garda, its beaches and typical lovely villages. Brescia within 35km distance, Verona within 55km, Milano and Venice within 2 hours drive.

The heating costs (gas) are only to be paid if the heating is used.

An elegant residence only a few metres from the shore of Lake Garda. Set amidst the greenery of the Alto Garda Regional Park, it is surrounded by an olive grove covering six hectares, still cultivated using traditional methods. The area is known for its citrus trees: fragrant lemons, mandarins, Seville oranges and grapefruit are grown in small lemon-houses made of stone and wood, just as in the past. There is a wonderful panoramic pool for adults, a small pool for children and a wide private sun terrace, all surrounded by oleanders, bougainvilleas and colourful geraniums. There is also a giant outdoor chess set and a barbecue area for relaxed eating. In the evenings, for lovers of good food, there are delicious local dishes; if you wish, we can recommend romantic restaurants along the lake shore or cheerful trattorias hidden in the hills among olives and vines. With us, holiday means tradition, warmth, relaxation and absolute independence.

The view over the lake is superb: the magic effect of the blue water shading into the soft green of the hills, Isola del Garda, the peninsula, the fortress and the little towns on the Veronese coast. The residence is located a few metres from a public beach (just across the main road). Nearby you will find everything you need: food shops, tobacconists, bars, restaurants, etc.
