Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 3 Star This holiday home is in a small hamlet in the Valle Versa in the south of the province of Lombardy. It is surrounded by 20 hectares of vineyards. The area is famous for its Spumanti wines. The village lies in the hills of Oltrepo Pavese on the river Po. This area of Lombardy is well known for its wine production. This apartment (type studio) is located at the ground floor OR first floor. There is a shared terrace with views of the Chardonnay vineyards. This is a very good place to relax with plenty of opportunities for enjoying fresh air. There is a shared small summer house.
The holiday home is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday in the area. You can enjoy numerous excursions to interesting places. Pavia is around 40 km, Piacenza is 55km, Lake Garda is 120 km, Lake Como is 105 km, Genoa is 130 km and Milan is around 85 km.

The completely renovated house comprises of 4 lovely properties on the 1st and 2nd floors. All are moden and of a good standard but the interiors vary. Each property has its own balcony on the front of the house with lake views. You are directly on the beach,( pebbles with some grassy areas). Casa Garibaldi Due is located at a connecting road.

The property (IT-25078-01, ground floor) has a small staircase that leads to the 1st floor, where two bedrooms are. Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 2 Star Cosy and lovely little apartment (30m2, on the 2nd fl.) close to Lake Garda and situated on a Agriturismo, which consist of a total of 4 apartments. On the farm wonderful olive oil, wine and grappa are produced and sold. The accommodation is close to Puegnago del Garda, within approx. 3km from Lake Garda (between S. Felice del Benaco and Manerba del Garda), Easily reachable, even wonderful by bike. The apartments are furnished with taste and very comfortable. Around the farm, you have a wonderful view over the olive and wine trees. Ideal fro a peaceful holiday, it is easy to visit the surrounding: the Lake Garda, its beaches and typical lovely villages. Brescia within 35km distance, Verona within 55km, Milano and Venice within 2 hours drive.

Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 4 Star A luxurious and spacious apartment suite in a residence within approximately 5km from Lake Garda, along the northwest coast. The residence has been recently renovated and equipped with all comfort (Beauty & Wellness Centre, sauna's, Turkish bath, whirlpool, swimming pool with bar, childrens playground, American bar, wine tasting, restaurant with splendid view over the lake, meeting room, etc.). For the clients, there is a private parking area with a remote for the gate of the residence. The suite has a big balcony/terrace with a view over the lake. Ideal for a healthy and lovely holiday, whereby the service and luxury will spoil you; at the internal Beauty and Wellness Centre, you can get all sorts of massages, done by experienced personnel. Although there is a kitchenette available, we would advise you to take advantage of the restaurant (Italian cuisine, regional specialties and wines), due to the good quality and the good prices.

Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 3 Star James Bond Villa is peacefully situated at the Como lake, surrounded by a gorgious park with walking paths, resting benched and a lit fountain. In this villa they have recorded the new James Bond move Casino Royale in the spring of 2006. The actors, a.o. Daniel Craig, Judi Dench and Catherina Murino, stayed in the beautiful castle like villa during the shoot. The 2-pers. house which we have contracted is situated on the second floor with elevator. This is of a good standard furnished and offer a magnificent view at the park and the Como lake. Furthermore you have access to a private sandy beach in the Villas park.
