Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 4 Star James Bond Villa is peacefully situated at the Como lake, surrounded by a gorgious park with walking paths, resting benched and a lit fountain. In this villa they have recorded the new James Bond move Casino Royale in the spring of 2006. The actors, a.o. Daniel Craig, Judi Dench and Catherina Murino, stayed in the beautiful castle like villa during the shoot. The 2-pers. house which we have contracted is situated on the second floor with elevator. This is of a good standard furnished and offer a magnificent view at the park and the Como lake. Furthermore you have access to a private sandy beach in the Villas park. Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 4 Star A luxurious and spacious apartment suite in a residence within approximately 5km from Lake Garda, along the northwest coast. The residence has been recently renovated and equipped with all comfort (Beauty & Wellness Centre, sauna's, Turkish bath, whirlpools, swimming pool with bar, childrens playground, American bar, wine tasting, restaurant with splendid view over the lake, meeting room, etc.). For the clients, there is a private parking area with a remote for the gate of the residence. The suite has a big balcony/terrace with a view over the lake. Ideal for a healthy and lovely holiday, whereby the service and luxury will spoil you; at the internal Beauty and Wellness Centre, you can get all sorts of massages, done by experienced personnel. Although there is a kitchenette available, we would advise you to take advantage of the restaurant (Italian cuisine, regional specialties and wines), due to the good quality and the good prices.
In the rent price is an extensive breakfast inclusive. On request is a half pension (4 course and/or royal buffet).
In the surrounding and easy to reach: the town Tremosine (a few minutes drive), Limone, Tignale and other typical villages at the lake.
A transport service and/or to the train station of the airport can be arranged on request.
Inclusive in the rent: breakfast, mountainbikes, communal: swimming pool, sauna and turkish bath, whirlpool, minigolf, childrens playground.

Sleeping up to 3 people Rating: 3 Star Casa Archi is a lovely house just out of the centre, on a quiet road leading to the Liro Valley . 4-5 pers. accommodation (IT-22015-05, 60 m², ground floor) has a modern interior and is owing to its mountainside position, access is via steps in the garden. Garden stretches the entire front of the property, where all rooms adjoin. The good standard 2-3 pers. accommodation (IT-22015-06, 1st floor) has its own entrance reached via a few steps. Large balcony on the front. Garden to the side of the accommodation. Both properties have garden furniture.

Sleeping up to 3 people Rating: 2 Star Casa Luciana is 35 km north of Menaggio. It’s in a quiet villa area 100m from Lake Mezzola, a branch of Lake Como and part of Pian di Spagna nature reserve. When you take the owner’s motor boat you will enjoy seeing many water birds and lovely water cascades. The Lido has a children’s swimming pool, a bar and restaurant and is only 1 km away. You can swim in the lake there and hire parasols. You can also opt for the more lively Lake Como, just 10 minutes away. The surrounding mountains and nature reserve are a delight for walkers and cyclists. Casa Luciana is a sunny villa spread over two floors. The owner lives on the first floor and Belvilla has the two apartments on the ground floor. The holiday homes are simply but functionally furnished. Each apartment has a terrace. Margherita (IT-23025-01) is south east facing and Genziana (IT-23025-02) is north west facing. Both apartments are directly linked to the enclosed communal garden. While the children can play safely in this area, you can enjoy the peaceful view of the Alps. Feel free to pick the fruit from the trees. There are cherries, apricots and other Italian fruits. The abundant vegetable garden produces rosemary, sage, basil, tomatoes and lettuce. With all this and the bottle of wine that you will receive on your arrival, you can really enjoy the taste of Italy.
Some ski runs are open from November until April. They are 30 km away. Those ski runs that are open all year round are 45 km away. Although this area has not been fully discovered by tourists, it offers a variety of restaurants at walking distance. One of the restaurants specialises in local fresh-water fish as well as sea-fish.
