Located approx. 0.1 km. from the centre of town and above Lake Garda in a hilly area The house lies at the end of a rather steep road, which you access via a small tunnel (1.5 m. wide). There is also a bigger tunnel outside of the village. The property (ground floor) is well kept and contemporary. The welcoming owners live in the property next door. Small terrace with garden furniture.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

Casa Archi Tre is a lovely house just out of the centre, on a quiet road leading to the Liro Valley. This good standard 2-3 pers. accommodation has its own entrance reached via a few steps. Large balcony on the front with garden furniture.

The house is reachable through a steep hillside leading down, and you reach the entrance via different stairs.
The parking place is reachable via a steep slope.

Casa al Castello is in a unique location with excellent views of Lake Lugano. The holiday home is in the hamlet of Oria Valsolda. It is around 13 km northwest of Menaggio and Lake Como. Casa al Castello is in the street that leads to the castle and is aptly named. As the home is around 50 metres above the lake, you enjoy a superb view of the lake and mountains. The holiday home is positioned against a hill. You enter the garden at street level which is the second floor of the holiday home. You then descend a storey where you reach street level by an exterior flight of stairs. The holiday home is simply furnished. The many windows and floor space of around 60 m2 create a spacious and light environment. You will feel immediately at home here. There is an attractive garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

Please note; Two small electric heaters are available for use.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

This striking holiday home is mere 10 metres from the shores of Lake Maggiore, on Isola Superiore Pescatori (fishermen island). It is an alluring property containing 2 delightful apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor. They both feature balconies affording lovely panoramic views over the lake. Furnished with attention to detail, they include several examples period furniture.

Isola Superiore Pescatori is one of the Borromee islands on lake Maggiore and is the only permanently inhabited island in the archipelago. 350 metres long and 100 metres wide, it features a small residential area with distinctive style properties comprising several floors (with long balconies designed for drying fish). There is a small piazza, picturesque narrow streets, a lakeside promenade and main street. 150 permanent residents make a living from the fishing and tourist industries. Inhabited for at least 700 years, it has a tree-lined vantage point, and local handicrafts can be purchased at the small market. Several traditional restaurants serve up delicious dishes, based almost entirely on fish. There are small beach areas on both sides of the Island.

Driving is not permitted on the island and cars must be parked in one of the private or free parking areas in Stresa or Baveno. From here there are excellent connections by ferry shuttle or water-taxi. Upon prior request, the kind owner will also organise transfers to and from the island by motor boat, (prices start from 10 Euros).

The house, simple but comfortable, is not only pleasant, but also a good starting point for discovery of the area(through public transport or by renting a boat): the different islands of the lake and its attractions (palace, beautiful gardens) the villas, the riviera, the small villages, the nature, the mountainous regions etc.

Villa Très Jolie is located 25 km. north of Menaggio and only half a kilometre above Lake Come with its sand and pebble beach. This old, typically Italian villa with three floors was recently renovated with great care and taste and transformed into a luxury bed & breakfast, equipped with all possible facilities, as well as a number of apartments. The owner is a carpenter, which you can tell by the presence of a delicious woody scent in all the rooms. The home made furniture gives to the home a personal character; beamed ceilings and wooden floors can be seen throughout the villa. The villa's situation against the mountain side just above Lake Come and the little town of Gera Lario honours its name, for it enables you to enjoy a really unique view over the mountains and the lake. Apartment Salice is located on the ground floor and has a private terrace facing South on the side of the lake, which continues onto the lawn. The bed is in the living room, separated by a partial wooden divider. There is no possibility to close off the bedroom, please see the picture. You can spend the day sun bathing on your terrace or in the communal solarium, or float in the home made wooden Jacuzzi. The lady owner is an English guide and she can give you many tips with respect to excursions, walking and cycling routes. In the evening, you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine, delicious food and the splendid view on your own terrace or with some pleasant company on the communal terrace. At the other side of the lake, you can see the lights of Colico. You can park your car in or next to the garage under the home.

This charming apartment is in a detached villa just two kilometres from Lake Varese. The apartment is in the town of Barasso and is near several golf courses. The area is famous for its beautiful lakes and excellent golf. The apartment has its own entrance and is comfortably furnished. There is a spacious, well-maintained communal garden. You can enjoy the sun and outdoor dining in the garden and on your own terrace. The garden enjoys a good view of the lake. There is another holiday apartment on the ground floor. The top floor is used by the owner during holidays. Golf lovers can enjoy themselves here to the full. One of the most famous golf courses, the Varese Golf Club in Luvinate, is one kilometre away. The club is in a 14th century monastery. There are another four golf courses within fifteen kilometres. Barasso has Europes highest concentration of golf courses. You can enjoy excursions to Lake Varese and the larger Lake Maggiore which is just fifteen kilometres away. The famous city of Milan is 60 kilometres away. Walkers can enjoy excellent walking trails in the nearby Campo dei Fiori. The Swiss border is very close. A visit to Lake Lugano and the charming city of Lugano is highly recommended.

Casa Olivo lies at the edge of the village Mastena, a few kilometres rom Rezzonico. This town is known for it beautiful gradual streets which offer nice vistas and for its little castle. The house owes its name to the olive tree in front of the house and consists of two floors, of which we rent half of the house below. The house is simple but of a good standard furnished with a new open kitchen. From the living room and the furnished balcony, which covers the entire front side, you have a beautiful view at the lake. The balcony is a bit small, but that is made up by the opening doors which are a few metres wide, through which the living room flows into the balcony. In front of the house you can unload and load you luggage, but you need to park a dozen metres further.

This holiday apartment is located in Residence Bran & Denise, located above Lake Garda 3 km from the town of Garda and the lake. The residence is on a large property of approx. 20,000 square metres with various buildings containing various types of apartments and offers a beautiful view over lake Garda. The village of Marciaga is located only 300 metres away.
In this residence you can enjoy a relaxed holiday with the family or as a couple. The residence offers various communal facilities such as a spacious garden with two large swimming pools, of which one is very favoured by small children. In addition, there are also two tennis courts, a football pitch, covered terrace, bbq area and a playground for the children.
This type of apartment is a two room apartment with a small balcony and is located on the first or second floor.

From this holiday home you can enjoy all of the options Lake Garda has to offer. Sports lovers can choose to mountain bike in the interior or the hills, for Nordic walking, mountain hiking, golf, sailing or other water sports. The closest beach is in Garda (approx. 3 km away, gravel beach). In the towns such as Garda, but also in Bardolino or Torri del Benaco (approx. 7 km away) you can stroll along the shore of the lake, shop or enjoy a lovely meal out. Culture lovers can enjoy cities such as Verona, Brescia, Bergamo or Venice. A stay in this holiday residence offers something for everyone.
