The village of Sorico is 25 km north of Menaggio. It’s where Lake Como ends and the Pian di Spagna Nature Reserve begins. Sorico is a small village with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. You can hire water sports equipment, enjoy sports fields, cafes, restaurants and beautiful unspoiled scenery. They’re all within walking distance.
This brand new residence consists of two buildings on two floors. It is in the centre of Sorico and only 50 meters from Lake Como and the river Mera. The apartments are light, spacious and with modern interiors. They are equipped with all modern conveniences including air conditioning. The 6 person apartments (IT-22010-95) and one of the 4 person apartments (IT-22010-96) are on the ground floor. They have a covered terrace that leads to the shared enclosed garden. The other 4 person apartment (IT-22010-97) is on the first floor and has an even bigger terrace. The garden has a shared swimming pool and a Jacuzzi for 20 persons. There is parking in the garage under the home. This needs to be paid for only in July and August.

This apartment has good views of Lake Lugano. It is in a holiday complex by the lake. The apartment is on the 2nd floor which is the top floor of a luxurious holiday complex. The complex does not have a lift. The attractively furnished (32 m2) apartment has a private balcony of (16 m2). Part of this ‘studio’ apartment is furnished as a bedroom with bunk beds and is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is in Porlezza, on the north side of Lake Lugano. Being only 50 m from the lake, the apartment enjoys a wonderful view. The garden is separated from the lake by only the lawn and beach. The holiday complex, with several buildings with apartments, has all facilities. These include a large shared swimming pool, beach, children’s playground, lounge café, restaurant, small shops, internet café, maze and a large park. Porlezza is within walking distance and has an attractive boulevard. The surrounding area is well worth discovering, its positioning between Lake Maggiore and Lake Como offers something for everyone. Lake Como is around 12km away, the City of Lugano is 20km and Milan around 95km. This holiday home is perfect for a relaxed stay at Lake Lugano and has an unforgettable view.

This holiday home is in a small hamlet in the Valle Versa in the south of the province of Lombardy. It is surrounded by 20 hectares of vineyards. The area is famous for its Spumanti wines. The village lies in the hills of Oltrepo Pavese on the river Po. This area of Lombardy is well known for its wine production. The holiday home is on the first floor. It consists of two apartments (2 studio apartments), each for 2 persons. Each apartment is around 40m2. One apartment is without a kitchen. Both apartments have separate entrances. They are connected and very near each other. It is possible to eat together in one of the apartments. There is a shared terrace with views of the Chardonnay vineyards. This is a very good place to relax with plenty of opportunities for enjoying fresh air. There is a shared small summer house.
The holiday home is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday in the area. You can enjoy numerous excursions to interesting places. Pavia is around 40 km, Piacenza is 55km, Lake Garda is 120 km, Lake Como is 105 km, Genoa is 130 km and Milan is around 85 km.

Casa Gela is a typical Italian house with 3 floors. It is situated in a very peaceful and favourable location among a small group of houses. The accommodation is on the 1st floor. As the property is semi-detached there are windows on all sides, making for much light. Good standard and attractive furnishing. Large, covered terrace, large garden, garden furniture and barbeque.

This first floor holiday apartment measures 50 m2 and is part of an old house that underwent complete restoration works in 2003. The property is situated in a characteristic old town in Bellagio, on Lake Como, just 800 m from Bellagio old town and 600 m from the lake-shores. The apartment is furnished functionally and overlooks a small garden and from the other side the (provincial) road.
The holiday home faces a building of considerable historic importance, where Alessandro Volta (the inventor of the electric battery, whose name was given to the unit of measurement) and Giuseppe Parini (the neoclassical poet) sojourned in the XVIII century.
Many amenities are within a stones throw from the apartment, including a supermarket (20m), free public parking along the road that leads into Regatola hamlet, a sports centre with swimming pool and tennis courts (200 m), the beach (600 m), bus stop (50 m) and the public ferry-boat service embarkation point (800 m).
The perfect place to enjoy a lakeside holiday and a great base for visiting exclusive Bellagio, from where the entire Lake can be explored by public ferry boat.
This holiday home is ideal for who wants to make excursions and visit the beautiful area of Lake Como, Bellagio etc. and it would be a pity to only stay in the holiday home. (If you book for 4 people, please take note that this holiday house is best suit for 2 adults, and with 4 persons there would of course be less space).

Upon request (to agree with the owner on arrival): excursions for novices or experts to Passo dello Stelvio glacier, with an experienced ski instructor.

The French-style sofa bed sleeps 1-2 and is therefore designed for 1 adult and 1 child or 2 children.

Lenno lies 8 km under Menaggio and 15 km. above Como. This part of the lake defines itself by the many villa’s with beautiful parks which are open to the public. Lenno has a small but cosy boulevard with terraces at the water. Boat trips with wing boats leave to several tourist attractions of the Como lake. In the near vicinity there are a few small pebble beaches. The back land is hilly and overgrown with olive trees. Casa Profumo di Rose owns its name to the many roses which brighten up the garden and the terraces. This large, with care renovated and first class kept house consists of 5 apartments of which one is occupied by the owner. The 4-5 pers. house (IT-22016-04) and one of the three 2-4 pers. houses (IT-22016-06) are situated on the ground floor and accessible via some steps. The houses on the first floor (IT-22016-05/IT-22016-07) have a beautiful view at the lake and the mountains. They all have a large terrace supplied with garden furniture. The interior is new and tasteful. The house is situated on a quiet road, above the village Lenno at 1 km. from the centre in rural surroundings.
