This striking holiday home is mere 10 metres from the shores of Lake Maggiore, on Isola Superiore Pescatori (fishermen island). It is an alluring property containing 2 delightful apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor. They both feature balconies affording lovely panoramic views over the lake. Furnished with attention to detail, they include several examples period furniture.

Isola Superiore Pescatori is one of the Borromee islands on lake Maggiore and is the only permanently inhabited island in the archipelago. 350 metres long and 100 metres wide, it features a small residential area with distinctive style properties comprising several floors (with long balconies designed for drying fish). There is a small piazza, picturesque narrow streets, a lakeside promenade and main street. 150 permanent residents make a living from the fishing and tourist industries. Inhabited for at least 700 years, it has a tree-lined vantage point, and local handicrafts can be purchased at the small market. Several traditional restaurants serve up delicious dishes, based almost entirely on fish. There are small beach areas on both sides of the Island.

Driving is not permitted on the island and cars must be parked in one of the private or free parking areas in Stresa or Baveno. From here there are excellent connections by ferry shuttle or water-taxi. Upon prior request, the kind owner will also organise transfers to and from the island by motor boat, (prices start from 10 Euros).

The house, simple but comfortable, is not only pleasant, but also a good starting point for discovery of the area(through public transport or by renting a boat): the different islands of the lake and its attractions (palace, beautiful gardens) the villas, the riviera, the small villages, the nature, the mountainous regions etc.

Modern and comfortable apartment ( with large semi-covered balcony) situated at 1 km of lake Lugano with a magnificent view. The apartment has a terrace (20 x 20 m, communal) and a swimming pool which is shared with 15 apartments. The apartment is part of a terrace shaped complex of 50 apartments in woody surroundings; 150 metres above the lake Lugano. This apartment is located on one of the higher levels of the terraced complex. The apartment has views on lake Lugano and the opposite town of Morcote.
You can visit the interesting cities of Lugano (30 min.), Como (60 min.) and Milan (60 min.) nearby. You will find a big supermarket in Portoceresio (at 3 km). There are several restaurant on the shores of lake Lugano (1 km). Porto Ceresio is a cosy, typical Italian village and its large parking is the start for a beautiful walking trip. There are various markets in the proximity, with a large market in Luino at a 30 minutes drive.

This comfortable apartment has a private garden and is in a detached house. The house is in Riva del Garda, the most northern town on Lake Garda. The attractive town centre is within walking distance. It is just 500 metres away and you will be there in five minutes. The lake and the beach are a 10 minute walk, 800 metres away. You can enjoy outdoor dining or just bask in the sun in the spacious garden. Due to the apartment's position near the street, traffic can be heard. Riva del Garda is well known for water sports such as surfing, sailing and waterskiing as there is always some wind. The town is surrounded by mountains. Monte Rocchetta is to the west and Monte Baldo to the east. You can visit other charming towns on Lake Garda such as Limone, Torbole, Malcesine and more from the holiday home. Lago di Ledro is also worth a visit. You can be there in around 15 minutes by car.

Cuasso al Monte lies 70 km. north of Milan. Casa Gianna is situated in a complex with a special style. Cuasso al Monte, the village in where the complex lies, is situated between the beautiful Italian lakes the Lago di Como and the Lago Maggiore. The house lies on the 5th floor and there is an elevator present. The complex is built in a terrace shape against a woody mountain slope. The house (52 m) is new and cosily furnished. There is a covered terrace supplied with garden furniture and two lounge beds with a view at the Lugano lake and the town Morcote across. At the shore of the lake (5 minutes by car) the Résidence has a reserved mooring for a boat in the marina. You have access to a covered parking space.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.

This home is located 25 km north of Menaggio, in the high area of Colico with its cosy boulevard and its many options for water sports and excursions. The home is situated in a quiet villa quarter at a kilometre from Lake Como. Casa Rosanna is a spacious villa, of which you occupy the elevated ground floor. On two sides, there is a beautiful roofed balcony with garden furniture that passes into the lovely garden with swimming pool and barbeque. Thanks to its elevated position against the sloping hillside, you can enjoy a splendid view over the Alps and Lake Novate. The home is tastefully furnished in a classic style and has a lot of windows, enabling you to enjoy the panorama from inside the house. You can park your car in the enclosed garden.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

This holiday home is located at circa 200m from the small and romantic lake Orta, near the larger lake Maggiore. The beautiful landscape of the lake Orta surrounds the holiday home and the garden is ideal for relaxing.
The house ( connected) is located on the ground floor and has two rooms. It also has a small terrace and a parking space.
The provincial road is a small distance away from the house, it circles the lake and gives easy access to pretty villages in the region like Orta San Giulio, Verbania, Stresa, Mottarone, Macugnaga, etc. This beautiful lake is perfect for water sports and sunbathing.

The Résidence has a private beach at the shore of the lake (5 minutes by car).

Cosy and lovely apartment ( on the 2nd fl.) close to Lake Garda and situated on a Agriturismo, which consist of a total of 4 apartments. On the farm wonderful olive oil, wine and grappa are produced and sold. The accommodation is close to Puegnago del Garda, within approx. 3km from Lake Garda (between S. Felice del Benaco and Manerba del Garda), Easily reachable, even wonderful by bike. The apartments are furnished with taste and very comfortable. There is a double bedroom, a gallery bedroom with a single bed and an interconnecting bedroom (to the gallery bedroom) with a single bed too. Around the farm, you have a wonderful view over the olive and wine trees. Ideal fro a peaceful holiday, it is easy to visit the surrounding: the Lake Garda, its beaches and typical lovely villages. Brescia within 35km distance, Verona within 55km, Milano and Venice within 2 hours drive.

The heating costs (gas) are only to be paid if the heating is used.

You will find this lovely apartment (gr. fl. in a holiday house), close to the Idro lake (northwest from the Garda lake): within approx. 200m. from the lake, close to the town Idro, equipped with among other things a view over the lake and the mountains, with a communal garden (approx. 400m2), this accommodation is ideal for families.
The town Idro is in a peaceful area, a small but typical village with narrow streets, a beach, market on Wednesdays, shops, restaurants and historic archeologic places of interest. In the surrounding: mountain area (up to 2000m high) with hiking and cycling paths (ideal for the mountainbikers).
Various sports possibilities in a town close by (swimming pools, sailing, canoeing, maneges etcetera).

The Idro lake is the highest of the north Italian lakes within 368m, with a surface of 11 km2.

Free use of the swimming pool and other equipment (bike-hire, token-operated sun-beds, etc) available from the Residence (700 metres away).
