You will find this lovely apartment (1st fl., in a holiday house), close to the Idro lake (northwest from the Garda lake): within approx. 200m. from the lake, close to the town Idro, equipped with among other things a terrace (with a view over the lake and the mountains), with a communal garden (approx. 400m2), this accommodation is ideal for families.
The town Idro is in a peaceful area, a small but typical village with narrow streets, a beach, market on Wednesdays, shops, restaurants and historic archeologic places of interest. In the surrounding: mountain area (up to 2000m high) with hiking and cycling paths (ideal for the mountainbikers).
Various sports possibilities in a town close by (swimming pools, sailing, canoeing, maneges etcetera).

The Idro lake is the highest of the north Italian lakes within 368m, with a surface of 11 km2.

Free use of the swimming pool and other equipment (bike-hire, token-operated sun-beds, etc) available from the Residence (700 metres away).

This holiday home is in a detached villa 500 metres from beautiful Lake Garda. It is full of atmosphere and has a swimming pool. The renovated villa is in the countryside and is surrounded by a large, communal garden. The apartment offers plenty of privacy as there are only four apartments and one studio in the villa. One of the apartments is occupied by the owners. The spacious communal swimming pool is shared only amongst the four other accommodations. You can book apartments IT-25080-28 and IT-25080-30 together with several families.
The accommodation is comfortably furnished and has plenty of space. It is perfect for a relaxed holiday for a couple or family. The garden surrounding the villa has vineyards and olive tree groves and enjoys beautiful views of Lake Garda. The lake and the beach can be reached by walking downhill in about ten minutes. The accommodation is a good base for excursions because of its rural, yet central, location between Manerba and Moniga del Garda. The historic cities of Verona, Brescia and even Venice are easy to reach. Theme parks such as Gardaland and Caneva World are well worth a visit. As are the picturesque small towns around the lake. The holiday home is near excellent walking trails. You can also enjoy water sports, riding, cycling and golf in the area.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the Italian outdoor life. Although the maximum number of people allowed is four, you can request accommodation for up to two extra babies. Fees will be charged locally for linen along with standard fees for the baby bed and childrens highchair.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

Ground and first floor, semi-detached holiday home, situated between Verona and Lake Garda.
This property is furnished in a simple ( mainly the kitchen) yet practical way and features a private outside area. It makes up part of a larger estate, composed of a nineteenth century park and tennis court. In all there are 2 apartments and the owners own residence.
The estate has a long history and traces can still be seen of the surrounding walls of the small hamlet, that during the war of independence served as the Austrian military command HQ, given its advantageous position and proximity to the Custoza hills.

The house is ideal for families and is close to the centre of Castelnuovo del Garda and San Giorgio in Salici, where you will find all the necessary amenities including shops, restaurants and bars.
Peschiera del Garda, a renowned tourist spot on Lake Garda, is just 9 km away. A short drive in the direction of Lazise will bring you to a good range of theme parks including Gardaland, Caneva Sport and many others.
An 18 km drive to the east will take you to Verona.
Venice can be reached in just under 2 hours thanks to the convenient A4 motorway.
NB: Venice is more easily reached by train, from either Peschiera or Verona station.
The house is approximately 100 metres from the train line and 800 metres from the motorway.

This charming apartment is in a detached villa just two kilometres from Lake Varese. The apartment is in the town of Barasso and is near several golf courses. The area is famous for its beautiful lakes and excellent golf. The apartment has its own entrance and is comfortably furnished for four persons. There is a spacious, well-maintained communal garden. You can enjoy the sun and outdoor dining in the garden and on your own terrace. The garden enjoys a good view of the lake. There is another holiday apartment on the ground floor. The top floor is used by the owner during holidays. Golf lovers can enjoy themselves here to the full. One of the most famous golf courses, the Varese Golf Club in Luvinate, is one kilometre away. The club is in a 14th century monastery. There are another four golf courses within fifteen kilometres. Barasso has Europes highest concentration of golf courses. You can enjoy excursions to Lake Varese and the larger Lake Maggiore which is just fifteen kilometres away. The famous city of Milan is 60 kilometres away. Walkers can enjoy excellent walking trails in the nearby Campo dei Fiori. The Swiss border is very close. A visit to Lake Lugano and the charming city of Lugano is highly recommended.
