The attractive town centre is within walking distance. It is just 500 metres away and you will be there in five minutes. The lake and the beach are a 10 minute walk, 800 metres away. You can enjoy outdoor dining or just bask in the sun in the spacious garden. Due to the apartment's position near the street, traffic can be heard. Riva del Garda is well known for water sports such as surfing, sailing and waterskiing as there is always some wind. The town is surrounded by mountains. Monte Rocchetta is to the west and Monte Baldo to the east. You can visit other charming towns on Lake Garda such as Limone, Torbole, Malcesine and more from the holiday home. The residence is peaceful situated and within a short distance from the lake. The residence is structured in such a way that the guests can make use of all the freedom of diverse facilities: 2 open air swimming pools (1 for children), tennis court, more parks and a play garden, private parking area. Lazise (lovely town with many typical restaurants and shops) and the Gardameer are within less than 1 km, Gardaland (the biggest Italian amusement park) is less than 10min. drive, Verona is within 30min, Venice 1,5 hrs and Milan 1hr45min.
The swimming pool may not be used between 13.00 and 15.00 oclock.

Sleeping up to 4 people Rating: 3 Star Cuasso al Monte lies 70 km. north of Milan. Casa Gianna is situated in a complex with a special style. Cuasso al Monte, the village in where the complex lies, is situated between the beautiful Italian lakes the Lago di Como and the Lago Maggiore. The house lies on the 5th floor and there is an elevator present. The complex is built in a terrace shape against a woody mountain slope. The house (52 m) is new and cosily furnished. There is a covered terrace supplied with garden furniture and two lounge beds with a view at the Lugano lake and the town Morcote across. At the shore of the lake (5 minutes by car) the Résidence has a reserved mooring for a boat in the marina. You have access to a covered parking space.

Sleeping up to 4 people Rating: 3 Star This holiday home is located directly at Lake Como and offers a beautiful view. It is situated just outside the centre of Menaggio. The apartment is located at one of the different floors in this building and has a patio or spacious balcony on the front of the house, offering views of the garden, lake and mountains. The building in which the apartment is situated is located at the waters edge and offers a communal garden with garden seating and sun loungers. There are no large sandy beaches in Menaggio, but the coastline comprises of pebbles, large rocks and grass. Lake Como offers many beautiful towns located around the lake which you can also reach by ferryboat like Bellaggio, Gravedona, Cernobbio and the world famous Villa d'Este, Como etc. The nice town of Menaggio is located at ca. 2km away and has a nice promenade along Lake Como.

The home is situated in a quiet villa quarter at a kilometre from Lake Como. Casa Rosanna is a spacious villa, of which you occupy the elevated ground floor. On two sides, there is a beautiful roofed balcony with garden furniture that passes into the lovely garden with swimming pool and barbeque. Thanks to its elevated position against the sloping hillside, you can enjoy a splendid view over the Alps and Lake Novate. The home is tastefully furnished in a classic style and has a lot of windows, enabling you to enjoy the panorama from inside the house. You can park your car in the enclosed garden.
