Cadegliano lies 400 m. above the Lake Lugano, which you can access via a somwhat steep, winding road. The décor of the property (80 m²) is very cosy and very well maintained. The basment with high windows is accessible via a small staircase. Spacious garden and large terrace.

The home is situated in a quiet villa quarter at a kilometre from Lake Como. Casa Rosanna is a spacious villa, of which you occupy the elevated ground floor, while the owner resides in the basement. On two sides, there is a beautiful roofed balcony with garden furniture that passes into the lovely garden with swimming pool and barbeque. Thanks to its elevated position against the sloping hillside, you can enjoy a splendid view over the Alps and Lake Novate. The home is tastefully furnished in a classic style and has a lot of windows, enabling you to enjoy the panorama from inside the house. You can park your car in the enclosed garden.

Villa Très Jolie is located 25 km. north of Menaggio and only half a kilometre above Lake Come with its sand and pebble beach. This old, typically Italian villa with three floors was recently renovated with great care and taste and transformed into a luxury bed & breakfast, equipped with all possible facilities, as well as a number of apartments. The owner is a carpenter, which you can tell by the presence of a delicious woody scent in all the rooms. The home made furniture gives to the home a personal character; beamed ceilings and wooden floors can be seen throughout the villa. The villa's situation against the mountain side just above Lake Come and the little town of Gera Lario honours its name, for it enables you to enjoy a really unique view over the mountains and the lake. Apartment Salice is located on the ground floor and has a private terrace facing South on the side of the lake, which continues onto the lawn. You can spend the day sun bathing on your terrace or in the communal solarium, or float in the home made wooden Jacuzzi. The lady owner is an English guide and she can give you many tips with respect to excursions, walking and cycling routes. In the evening, you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine, delicious food and the splendid view on your own terrace or with some pleasant company on the communal terrace. Often, you can see the reflexion of the moonlight in the lake and if you are lucky, you can see the moon coming up from behind the mountains, an unforgettable sight. At the other side of the lake, you can see the lights of Colico, which seem to be winking at you. This apartment has a spacious private garden and splendid views. It is in a holiday complex on Lake Lugano. The apartment is around 40 m2 and on the ground floor of a luxurious holiday complex. The complex is in Porlezza on the north side of Lake Lugano.
Being only 50 m from the lake, the apartment enjoys a wonderful view. The garden is separated from the lake by only the lawn and beach.
The two bedroom apartment is comfortably furnished. The spacious 250m garden is for your own private use. The holiday complex, with several buildings with apartments, has all facilities. These include a large shared swimming pool, beach, children?s playground, lounge café, restaurant, small shops, internet café, maze and a large park. Porlezza is within walking distance and has an attractive boulevard. The surrounding area is well worth discovering, its positioning between Lake Maggiore and Lake Como offers something for everyone. Lake Como is around 12km away, the City of Lugano is 20km and Milan around 95km. This holiday home is perfect for a relaxed stay at Lake Lugano and has an unforgettable view.

You will find this lovely apartment (gr. fl., 100m2, in a holiday house), close to the Idro lake (northwest from the Garda lake): within approx. 200m. from the lake, close to the town Idro, equipped with among other things a view over the lake and the mountains, with a communal garden (approx. 400m2), this accommodation is ideal for families.
The town Idro is in a peaceful area, a small but typical village with narrow streets, a beach, market on Wednesdays, shops, restaurants and historic archeologic places of interest. In the surrounding: mountain area (up to 2000m high) with hiking and cycling paths (ideal for the mountainbikers).
Various sports possibilities in a town close by (swimming pools, sailing, canoeing, maneges etcetera).

The Idro lake is the highest of the north Italian lakes within 368m, with a surface of 11 km2.

Traditional dwelling in Esino Lario (Lake Como), 910 metres above sea-level. The house, measuring 50 m², is across 2 levels (first floor and loft conversion) and is functional in design. The open-plan loft conversion features a double bed and faces onto the kitchen-cum-living room. The balcony offers views over the town and the valley below.
The house is in a quiet, enclosed, residential area known as “Villaggio dei Fiori”. There is a 25 x 10 m heated, covered pool (open 6 weeks in July and August), offering a splendid view over the mountains, as well as tennis courts.
Esino Lario is a charming town, where you will find a good range of shops and restaurants. The Grigne Massif (2400 m) overlooks the town and is a ski and alpine-sport fans’ paradise. In town you will also find numerous stately homes, including one that belonged to the Gilera family of Gilera motorcycles. Varenna is a mere 12 km away; an important, fashionable tourist destination on the banks of the lake. Lake Como is 3 km away as the crow flies.
This holiday home is perfect not only for those looking for a peaceful holiday away from it all, but also those wishing to visit to a well-known lakeside town. The ideal spot for skiing fans, due to its close proximity to the mountains and ski resorts. The 2-4 (groundfloor and second floor) and 4-6 pers (IT-22017-04). Accommodation is of a good standard with new decor.
