This holiday home is in the town of Moniga del Garda. It has a private garden and enjoys wonderful views of Lake Garda. The holiday home is attached and is in a small holiday complex with around 17 houses on the south-west banks of Lake Garda. There is a shared swimming pool with a sunbathing area. The private garden, terrace and swimming pool overlook the lake. The garden is perfect for enjoyable outdoor dining. The holiday home is on one level and is comfortably furnished. Lake Garda can be reached in around five minutes along a footpath. The holiday home is perfectly positioned for visiting the many attractive villages on the lake. These include Salò, Desenzano del Garda and Sirmione. Adventure parks such as Gardaland and the Canevaworld Water Park are also within easy reach. You can reach historic cities such as Verona, Brescia and Mantova in less then an hour. Sports lovers can enjoy golf, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, cycling, hiking and riding.

Please note: When using the swimming pool, please consider the other guests and the rest periods, particularly between 13.00 hrs 15.00 hrs.

The various types of mobile homes are spread throughout the camping site, are standard furnished with air conditioning and have a (covered) veranda with garden furniture. You have the choice of three various types; a 4-pers. type (IT-2510-01), a 5-pers. type (IT-25010-02) and an in 2007 newly placed 4-pers type with two bathrooms (IT-25010-17). An excellent destination in order to explore the surroundings and deliciously settle down.

This apartment is full of atmosphere. It is in the charming, historic town of San Felice del Benaco. The town is on the western shores of beautiful Lake Garda. The lake is just a ten minute walk away. The holiday home is in an authentic, 18th century villa. This villa has been carefully renovated and has been transformed into attractive holiday apartments. The apartment can be on the ground floor, first floor or second floor. There is a swimming pool in the well kept, spacious garden. Both pool and garden are for shared use. They are ideal places to relax in and enjoy the sun. The holiday home is perfectly positioned for discovering Lake Garda. A delightful 800 metre walk with panoramic views brings you to the lake and its pebble beach. You'll find shops and other facilities just a few hundred metres away. There are many picturesque villages on the western shores of Lake Garda. These include Salo, Manerba, Moniga and Desenzano del Garda. You can stroll along delightful boulevards, enjoy a pavement café or dine in one of the many restaurants. You can also enjoy plenty of sports in the area. The famous cities of Brescia, Milan and Venice are steeped in culture and history. They are all well worth visiting.

This delightful holiday home is in Bormio, the renowned Italian Alpine ski resort. Summer is the perfect time to explore and discover this beautiful area. It is very spacious and has two balconies with wonderful views of Bormio and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is comfortably furnished and there is extensive use of wood in the décor.
The pedestrianised centre of Bormio is only 200 metres from the apartment. The resort is 1225 m above sea level. It is part of the province of Sondrio which includes the Valtellina Valley. Bormio is in the heart of the Alta Valtellina ski area which is between 1200m and 3000m high. The highest mountain is Monte Vallecetta at 3000 m. The resort has hosted the World Ski Championships a number of times. This holiday home is ideal for winter sports. You can reach the ski lifts in 10 minutes on foot. The ski-bus, which is free for ski-pass holders, departs from the apartment complex. You can enjoy delightful walks and excursions outside the winter season here. The famous thermal baths of Bormio are only a 5 minute walk away. The medieval part of Bormio is 3 km from the centre. The tax-free town of Livigno is 30 km away where you can enjoy shopping and skiing. You are well positioned for Switzerland as St. Moritz is only 80 km away. Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, with its famous springs, is the largest national park in the Alps. It is not very far and well worth a visit.

This holiday home is in an attractive, residential building at the south west part of Lake Garda. The landscape is hilly and picturesque. There are 27 apartments in the house. Your apartment has 2 bedrooms and a balcony and is either on the ground floor or first floor (the apartment is approx.). It is in the newer part of the building. The apartment has an attractive interior and a splendid view of Lake Garda from the balcony. The swimming pool is communal with panoramic views. There is a childrens area and a sunbathing terrace. There is a reception and parking is free. A large park of 50,000m2 with lovely gardens surrounds the residential building. The park contains a small 18th century church. This holiday home is perfect for a holiday at Lake Garda. You can enjoy the sun and the exquisite views. The many charming villages around Lake Garda are well worth a visit. The centre of Desenzano is walking distance at only 1 km away.
