The holiday apartment boasts a small, private garden-terrace measuring 55 m2, with partial lake views, giving guests the opportunity to kick back and relax.
The house is located in Crone village. The market place is just 300 metres away and can be reached on foot via the villages narrow, characteristic streets. Every Wednesday there is a weekly market while the lake and beach are just 400 m away.
Guests may go to the nearby Vico holiday complex (700 m away) for free use of the swimming pool and other equipment, (bike hire, token solarium, etc.)

Sleeping up to 4 people Rating: 3 Star Within 30m from the pebble beach of the most beautiful and purest part of the Como Lake, in Lierna, you will find this spacious and recently furnished apartment (on 3 levels, 310m2). The house (divided into 3 apartments) was totally renovated in February 2005. The lay out is qualitative and new. For the guests, among others,: 2 spacious balcony, 1 terrace garden and an enclosed parking area).
On request a place for your boat can be arranged, at the local harbour. The location is ideal even for the winter sport (the fashionable and exclusive St.Moritz is situated within 1hr drive) and visit Milan by train this way you can shop wonderfully in Milan without traffic and parking place: in the town there is a small and easy train station (info, prices and times on: www.trenitalia.com)
Via the public boat transport, you can quickly go to Bellagio and reach the other side of the lake (info, prices and times of the boat line on: www.navigazionelaghi.it)

Sleeping up to 4 people Rating: 3 Star You will find this lovely apartment (1st fl., 100m2, in a holiday house), close to the Idro lake (northwest from the Garda lake): within approx. 200m. from the lake, close to the town Idro, equipped with among other things a terrace (with a view over the lake and the mountains), with a communal garden (approx. 400m2), this accommodation is ideal for families.
The town Idro is in a peaceful area, a small but typical village with narrow streets, a beach, market on Wednesdays, shops, restaurants and historic archeologic places of interest. In the surrounding: mountain area (up to 2000m high) with hiking and cycling paths (ideal for the mountainbikers).
Various sports possibilities in a town close by (swimming pools, sailing, canoeing, maneges etcetera).
The Idro lake is the highest of the north Italian lakes within 368m, with a surface of 11 km2.

This house consists of 2 apartments "Luna" and "Stella". The various rooms and areas of the apartment are all on one level. Each apartment has it?s own box, 1 outside parking space, own cantina with a laundry machine and space to dry your clothes and an extra shower.
Pognana Lario is a strategically located town half way between Nesso and Como and the perfect base for those who wish to enjoy exploring one of Europe?s most beautiful area?s. Como is a simple 15 minute drive and Bellagio is a simple 30 minutes drive away. Milan and Lugano just an hours drive away and the beautiful Swiss Town of St. Moritz about 2 hours drive away. The nearest large supermarket is in Como itself however you can find most things that you may need in the small local shop.
