Spacious house situated just above the town of Acquaseria, 0.5 km from the centre of the village. The house has two floors, the ground floor containing your holiday accommodation. The owner has an apartment on the 1st floor that he uses occasionally. The house is very peacefully situated at the end of a no through road. You can bring your car to within 20 m of the house. The accommodation is very spacious (approx. 100 m) of a simple standard but comfortable and well equipped. Owing to its mountainside position the entrance is at ground floor level. Large, very well tended garden, south facing with views over the lake.
Lake Como offers many beautiful towns located around the lake which you can also reach by ferryboat like Bellaggio, Gravedona, Cernobbio and the world famous Villa d'Este, Como etc. The nice town of Menaggio has a nice promenade along Lake Como.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

Casa Fruner is centrally located in the authentic village Piovere. The property is on three floors. The owner lives on the ground and 2nd floors. The 1st floor (90 m) has a wide balcony (5 m) with views of the lake, serves as holiday accommodation and has it's own private entrance. The accommodation is adequately equipped and practical. Garden in the internal courtyard with swings. Own parking place which lies approx. 150 m. above Casa Fruner.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

Situated near the centre of Cima on the beach at the lakeside. The entrance to the property is reached via a few steps. On the 1st floor is a small balcony with garden furniture and beautiful views of the lake. Narrow patio on the ground floor.

Casa Alex is a cosy detached two storey house. It is located just outside the villiage of Sorico, along the provincial road, and is only separated from a small campground by the river Mera, where you can fish and sail. The furnishings are modern and well maintained. The garden is fully fenced and so large that the children can play football to their hearts’ content. There is garden furniture on site. 50 m away from the house a cycling and walking path starts which leads along the river to Sorico (1 km). In Sorico you will find shops, a pharmacy, some bars and restaurants, tennis courts, skate courses, beaches with beach volleyball, open air swimming, surf and kite schools and water sport equipment hire. There are also some campsites where you can use the pool for a fee.

Lenno lies 8 km under Menaggio and 15 km. above Como. This part of the lake defines itself by the many villas with beautiful parks which are open to the public. Lenno has a small but cosy boulevard with terraces at the water. Boat trips with wing boats leave to several tourist attractions of the Como lake. In the near vicinity there are a few small pebble beaches. The back land is hilly and overgrown with olive trees. Casa Profumo di Rose owns its name to the many roses which brighten up the garden and the terraces. This large, with care renovated and first class kept house consists of 5 apartments of which one is occupied by the owner. The 4-5 pers. house (IT-22016-04) and one of the three 2-4 pers. houses (IT-22016-06) are situated on the ground floor and accessible via some steps. The houses on the first floor (IT-22016-07) have a beautiful view at the lake and the mountains. Since this apartment is located at the ground floor it does not offer direct view on Lake Como.
They all have a large terrace supplied with garden furniture. The interior is new and tasteful. The house is situated on a quiet road, above the village Lenno at 1 km. from the centre in rural surroundings.

This is a spacious, loft level apartment near Lake Como. The town centre of Como is only 1.5 km away. The entrance to the apartment is in the shared garden. The living room is one floor up. It has a terrace with a splendid view of Mount Brunate and part of the lake. The apartment has antique furniture and a wooden ceiling. There is a large double bedroom.
This holiday home is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area with its many villas and churches. The home is around 3.5 km from Cernobbio and Villa dEste. You can enjoy boat trips on the lake and golf in Montorfano which is around 6 km away. A cable railway leads to Brunate, above Como, where you can enjoy delightful walks.
There is a good beach at Moltrasio, only 4.5 km away. The apartment is near the A9 motorway which is very convenient for discovering even more of the area's attractions.

Casa Archi is a characterful house just out of the centre, on a quiet road leading to the Liro Valley . 4-5 pers. accommodation (IT-22015-05, 60 m, ground floor) has a modern interior and is, owing to its mountainside position, adjoing the garden, access is via steps in the garden. Garden stretches the entire front of the property, where all rooms adjoin. Large balcony on the front. Garden to the side of the accommodation.

The house is reachable through a steep hillside leading down, and you reach the entrance via different stairs.
The parking place is reachable via a steep slope.

Casa Hill takes its name from its beautiful position on the hillside above a ground road. The house is entirely constructed of natural stone and finished with wood and wrought iron. Despite its large dimensions (50 m) the sitting room is very attractive with a lovely fireplace, an antique wooden dining table and comfortable easy chairs, where you can enjoying sitting around the fireplace. The garden is stepped so that you have access from the first floor to the patio and the garden. At the rear of the property is a second patio. Large garden(400 m) with swing, slide and an attractive covered terrace with barbeque.
Lake Como offers many beautiful towns located around the lake which you can also reach by ferryboat like Bellaggio, Gravedona, Cernobbio and the world famous Villa d'Este, Como etc. For example the nice town of Menaggio has a nice promenade along Lake Como.

Please note that you will reach the holiday home via circa fifty steps (two steep stairs). The house can not be reached directly by car.
