This detached villa is on the south-eastern shore of Lake Como. You can enjoy beautiful, panoramic views from the terrace and garden. The villa is comfortably furnished. The private garden and terrace are ideal for enjoying outdoor dining. You can swim in the lake in front of the villa. You can also anchor a boat for short periods during the day. The villa is opposite the small town of Bellaggio which is well worth a visit. The delightful town of Varenna is around 2 km away. You can easily reach many charming old villages around the lake. The ferry will take you to Menaggio, Gravedona, Cernobbio, Como and more. The nearest shingle beach is 1 km away.

Please note: Due to its position by the water the garden is unsuitable for children.

This home is situated 20 km north of Menaggio, in the centre of a small mountain village called Vercana, 3 km uphill from Domaso and Lake Como. The home is located on the ground floor of a three floor house with a spacious terrace facing south at the front (20 m2), largely shaded by a pergola with a sitting corner and barbeque. A small, virtually car free cobblestone path runs along the terrace, so you can enjoy calm and privacy despite the home's central location. The home is simply, yet functionally furnished. An adjoining door connects the main apartment with the adjacent annex, where you will find the second bedroom and the accompanying bathroom. The glass doors of this bedroom and of the living room give access to the terrace. Parking is available at 80 metres.

Details: the bedroom situated behind the living room merely has a tiny window.

This holiday home is only 8 km from Lake Garda. The apartment is in a complex in the small village of Liano. The village is 600 m high in the hills surrounding the Lake which is a 20 minute drive away. The home is simply furnished. It is surrounded by pleasant scenery and has a grassy area which can be used as a garden (common use). You can enjoy views of Lake Garda from here.
The surrounding area is excellent for mountain walks and you can enjoy the sun at the lake or on the beach. The holiday home is well positioned for visiting the many attractive villages, towns and cities around Lake Garda. These include Gargnano (8km), Gardone Riviera (16km), Salo (19km), Desenzano del Garda (40 km), Sirmione (75km) Verona (101km) Romeo e Giulietta and Brescia (51 km).

A car is necessary while the holiday home is located at 8km from the lake in a small hamlet.

Peacefully situated in the village, surrounded by rolling countryside, just 0.4 km from the banks of the Lake Como (ca. 150 meters by a shorter road which goes down to the lake directly). The house has a hillside position, and this apartment is located on the ground floor. The accommodation has its own entrance and is modern and of a good standard. Short distance from farm with mountain goats.

Armeno lies 86 km. north-east of Milan. Gola is an estate, built in 1917, of which a section is rented to us. Villa Gola is perfectly situated if one wants to view the well known cities around the Lago Maggiore and Lago dOrta. This villa has a large garden (4000 m) and a luxurious entrance with in bronze the text Villa Gola. The house (85 m) is situated on the ground floor and reachable through a platform. The interior is simple and varies from majestic and classy (from 1910) to modern. In the garden are three swings, a large slide (H:8 m. x L: 15 m.), a cement marble track (16 m.), an ideal garden for the children. Here you will also find different fruit trees, stone table with benches, garden furniture and barbeque. The owner speaks 5 languages amongst which well English, German and French, and is always able to answer your questions.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

Casa Azalea is situated on a sunny hillside just above the village of Cremia, on the edge of the hamlet of Pusgnano. The detached house has two storeys, your accommodation being on the raised ground level. The accommodation is reached via steps on a not completely enclosed balcony, (southerly). Basement under the property with drying rack, garden furniture and garden tools of which you have the use of, also use of the vegetable garden belonging to the owner. The accommodation is modern and well equipped. Large garden (not enclosed). On arrival, fresh vegetables, spagetti and bottle of wine on the kitchen table.

Within only 500m. from the beach of the Idro Lake (northwest from the Garda Lake), close to the town Idro, you will find this lovely linked cottage (ground and 1st floor) with a view over the lake and the mountains. Equipped with a common garde, private terrace and small balcony, this cottage is ideal for families. Peaceful situated is the town Idro, a small but typical village with narrow streets, a little beach, market on Wednesday, shops, restaurants and historic and archeologic places of interest. In the surrounding: mountain area(up to 2000m high) with hiking and cycling paths (ideal for the mountainbikers).
Various sports possibilities in a town close by (swimming pools, sailing, canoeing, maneges etcetera).

The Idro Lake is the highest of the North-Italian lakes within 368m, with a surface of 11 km2.

Free use of the swimming pool and other equipment (bike-hire, token-operated sun-beds, etc) available from the Residence (700 metres away).
