Sleeping up to 5 people Rating: 2 Star Casa Luciana is 35 km north of Menaggio. It’s in a quiet villa area 100m from Lake Mezzola, a branch of Lake Como and part of Pian di Spagna nature reserve. When you take the owner’s motor boat you will enjoy seeing many water birds and lovely water cascades. The Lido has a children’s swimming pool, a bar and restaurant and is only 1 km away. You can swim in the lake there and hire parasols. You can also opt for the more lively Lake Como, just 10 minutes away. The surrounding mountains and nature reserve are a delight for walkers and cyclists. Casa Luciana is a sunny villa spread over two floors. The owner lives on the first floor and Belvilla has the two apartments on the ground floor. The holiday homes are simply but functionally furnished. Each apartment has a terrace. Margherita (IT-23025-01) is south east facing and Genziana (IT-23025-02) is north west facing. Both apartments are directly linked to the enclosed communal garden. While the children can play in this area, you can enjoy the peaceful view of the Alps.
Some ski runs are open from November until April. They are 30 km away. Those ski runs that are open all year round are 45 km away. Although this area has not been fully discovered by tourists, it offers a variety of restaurants at walking distance. One of the restaurants specialises in local fresh-water fish as well as sea-fish. Sleeping up to 5 people Rating: 3 Star Musso lies 18 km. north of Bellagio. At the edge of an antique hamlet, directly situated on a well known walking track, only terraced on one side antique house with thick isolating walls. All of the rooms are sunny and have a lovely view at the lake and the mountains. The interior is light and modern. Small, panoramic balcony with chairs. Partially fenced small terrrace and an entirely fenced terrace with garden furniture and barbeque.
Specifics:
There is a beam in the bathroom and some doors have an heigth of 1,80 m. From the parking place you walk 20 m. to the entrance, which lies at the back on the 1st floor, in a very characteristic Medieval alley, equipped with a typical Italian water basin. The tasteful, contemporary properties are spacious and very bright (large glasswall, southwest), leads out onto a small garden with terrace or a spacious balcony with garden furniture. The 2-pers. property (IT-23824-01) is on the ground floor in the lowest block and is accessible via 4 steps. The 2-4 pers. property (IT-23824-02) lies in the block above on the ground floor or the 1st floor. The 4-6 pers. property (IT-23824-04) is in the 2nd block on the 1st floor. The 4-6 pers. property with vide (IT-23824-03) lies in the first block with tile floors with a swimming pool and the restaurant, where via a half staircase you can access the lake. Sleeping up to 5 people Rating: 3 Star Lenno lies 5 km. west of Bellagio. Casa Chris is situated at the edge of a beautiful village, at 0,15 km. from the centre and the lake. On the 1st, also the top, floor lies a sunny and light home with on the front as well as on the side a balcony with a view at the lake. Very large, peacefully situated and well kept communal garden with olive trees, avairy with parrots, garden furniture and barbeque.

Sleeping up to 5 people Rating: 3 Star Lenno lies 8 km under Menaggio and 15 km. above Como. This part of the lake defines itself by the many villas with beautiful parks which are open to the public. Lenno has a small but cosy boulevard with terraces at the water. Boat trips with wing boats leave to several tourist attractions of the Como lake. In the near vicinity there are a few small pebble beaches. The back land is hilly and overgrown with olive trees. Casa Profumo di Rose owns its name to the many roses which brighten up the garden and the terraces. This large, with care renovated and first class kept house consists of 5 apartments of which one is occupied by the owner. The 4-5 pers. house (IT-22016-04) and one of the three 2-4 pers. houses (IT-22016-06) are situated on the ground floor and accessible via some steps. The houses on the first floor (IT-22016-05/IT-22016-07) have a beautiful view at the lake and the mountains. They all have a large terrace supplied with garden furniture. Casa Miky is peacefully situated against the mountain side just above the village with a dazzling view at the Lake Como and the mountains. From the valley side, the house lies on the 1st floor, while the entrance lies at the path, which you need to follow for 80 m. from the parking place. Two terraces with garden furniture and barbeque.

Sleeping up to 5 people Rating: 3 Star Casa Archi is a characterful house just out of the centre, on a quiet road leading to the Liro Valley . 4-5 pers. accommodation (IT-22015-05, 60 m², ground floor) has a modern interior and is, owing to its mountainside position, adjoing the garden, access is via steps in the garden. Garden stretches the entire front of the property, where all rooms adjoin. The good standard 2-3 pers. accommodation (IT-22015-06, 1st floor) has its own entrance reached via a few steps. Large balcony on the front. Garden to the side of the accommodation. Both properties have garden furniture.
