Colourful, linked cottage (on 3 floors, 35 m2) on the island Sardinia, between Sassari and Alghero, along the north-westside of the island. The accomodation is in the town Uri, from where the coast can be reached within 25 minutes drive (Costa del Corallo and Lido di Alghero). Within approx. 200-300 metres lies various little shops and a little lake (Lago del Cuga) where you can drive around, under a wonderful Mediterranean sun. Close by Alghero (within 18km) you will find among others an airport (Aeroporto di Fertilia).
Rosa dei Venti is an ideal accomodation to spend a peaceful holiday in Sardinia with the possibility to reach the beaches as well.

A cosy colourful apartment complex with modern furniture and a splendid sea view, situated witin 200m from the beach. Each apartment consist of a garden or terrace and parking. The beautiful Sardinian landscape is characterised by the rough olive green mountains, white sand beaches and many characteristic villages with interesting places and little restaurants. This beautiful destination is excellent for a holiday in winter, due to all the apartments being equipped with radiators.

The Porto Corallo residence is on the east coast of Sardinia. It is near the small city of Villaputzu. The region is unspoilt and typically Mediterranean with rocks, white beaches and a transparent blue sea. The apartments are small and simply furnished. They enjoy a delightful view of the sea. There is plenty to do on the resort. You can enjoy tennis, football, mini golf, a fitness centre and a spa with steam bath, sauna and jacuzzi. The beauty salon offers mud baths and massage. The resort has a swimming pool and an amphitheatre. There is a mini-club for children in the summer months. You can take part in volleyball competitions, canoe lessons, aqua gym and dance lessons. There is a varied entertainment program in the evenings for your enjoyment. The club card for the swimming pool and other facilities is 35.00 per person. It is free for children under four years old.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.

Apartment Le Marine is located in a residence with 10 apartments on the harbour of Castelsardo. There is a beautiful view of the castle from the residence. The apartment is in a quiet location and the centre is only a stones throw away. There are various beaches close by, including La Marina and Lu Bagnu. The apartment is modern and simply furnished and has a free parking space. The town of Castelsardo is located on a cliff over the sea and was build in a strategically high position in the middle ages around a castle with old city walls which still exist today. It is lovely to take a boat excursion around Sassari, Porto Torres, Alghero or to visit the famous beach of La Pelosa.

Lovely apartment along the Costa Verde at Sardinia, within hundreds of metres from the sea. The accommodation, functionally furnished, belongs to a "villaggio turistico" (sort of holiday park), where you can profit from various facilities, among others a private parking area and 24hr security service. Next to the clear sea are picturesque sand dunes (the highest of the Mediterranean Sea) and splendid beaches. Within a short distance, you will find the town Marina di Arbus, within 94 km the capital city of Sardinia: Cagliari.

The city of Budoni is in the north-east of Sardinia. The apartment Maresol is just a few kilometres from Budoni. It is in the heart of a hilly area with lovely views of the sea. The coast and its white sandy beaches are spectacular. The beaches are surrounded by rocks, hills, woods and flowers. The colour of the water alternates between transparent turquoise and intense blue. It is excellent for swimming, surfing and snorkelling. Both apartments (IT-08020-07) are on the ground floor. The beach is 1.5 km from the holiday home. You can enjoy the sun and the fresh sea air from the terrace. The terrace has an outdoor shower. You can enjoy many events to do with local folklore in summer in the surrounding villages.

This pleasant residential complex is located in Torre dei Corsari, one of Sardinias most beautiful areas. It is less than 500 metres from the magnificent azure sea, beaches and giant sand dunes, that are so typical to this zone. The complex with its numerous patio areas, is walled and is under constant surveillance.
This bright and sunny holiday home is just one of the complexs stunning apartments, and affords marvellous views over the sea and dunes. The apartment is furnished in a basic yet vivacious and practical way and the living area measures 35 to 45 m, on the first or second floor (depending on the apartment in question). Some of the apartments boast a private terrace.
This apartment makes the perfect base for visiting the captivating inland area or for making the most of Sardinias coastline, (the owner can supply you with lots of useful information about the local area).
There is a good range of shops nearby and the centre of the holiday complex is just 500 m away. Local villages in a 5 km radius, offer amenities such as filling stations and cash machines.
Upon request the owner will organise trips to the Islands natural beauty spots or tourist attractions.

Attractive holiday apartment in Sardinia, just 50 metres from the sea. Welcoming and pleasantly furnished with breathtaking sea views (from the private 16m2 veranda) in the "La Marmorata" residential complex, which is a terraced structure. This exclusive village occupies an exceptional position with rich, lush vegetation leading down to the sea, amongst the imposing, giant granite rocks, worn by the wind.
From the "Piazzetta", or small square, the central nucleus and meeting point, all areas of the complex can be reached, walking along delightful miniature bridges and stairways dug out of the natural rock. A pure white beach is just 50 metres away (with umbrella and sun loungers available for hire).
Village services include: a bar, restaurant, supermarket, piano bar and car park (without surveillance), as well as a shuttle bus to and from Santa Teresa di Gallura.

In Santa Teresa di Gallura, just 5 km away, a wealth of other services are to be found: shops, bars, restaurants, etc. While the Costa Smeralda is 49 km away.
