It is less than 500 metres from the magnificent azure sea, beaches and giant sand dunes, that are so typical to this zone. The complex with its numerous patio areas, is walled and is under constant surveillance.
This bright and sunny holiday home is just one of the complexs stunning apartments, and affords marvellous views over the sea and dunes. The apartment is furnished in a basic yet vivacious and practical way and the living area measures 35 to 45 m², on the first or second floor (depending on the apartment in question). Some of the apartments boast a private terrace.
This apartment makes the perfect base for visiting the captivating inland area or for making the most of Sardinias coastline, (the owner can supply you with lots of useful information about the local area).
There is a good range of shops nearby and the centre of the holiday complex is just 500 m away. Local villages in a 5 km radius, offer amenities such as filling stations and cash machines.
Upon request the owner will organise trips to the Islands natural beauty spots or tourist attractions.

Sleeping up to 4 people Rating: 3 Star Colourful, linked cottage (on 3 floors, 80 m2) on the island Sardinia, between Sassari and Alghero, along the north-westside of the island. The accomodation is in the town Uri, from where the coast can be reached within 25 minutes drive (Costa del Corallo and Lido di Alghero). Within approx. 200-300 metres lies various little shops and a little lake (Lago del Cuga) where you can drive around, under a wonderful Mediterranean sun. Close by Alghero (within 18km) you will find among others an airport (Aeroporto di Fertilia).

The town was under Spanish rule for 300 years. The street names are written in Italian and Catalan. You can enjoy an abundance of beautiful architecture and monuments in the historic centre with its narrow cobblestone streets. There is a boulevard with splendid views of the Mediterranean Sea and the old town. You can enjoy boat trips and excursions from the harbour. Sleeping up to 4 people Rating: 3 Star Holiday home in the eastern part of Sardinia in the middle of the province Ogliastra. Only 300 meters from the beautiful pearl powder beaches and the crystal coloured sea of Porto Frailis.
This is a sociable little picturesque village with a harbour from where you can view the fantastic read cliffs "Rocce Rosse" rising from the sea. Ogliastra is perfectly suitable for windsurfing. The beautiful beaches, the clear water and the wind conditions make this island a paradise for windsurfers. On almost every beach you can rent surf boards and get surf lessons at one of the various surf schools.
The region belongs without doubt to the most impressive and most varied areas of Sardinia with its wild and untouched nature.
Your well-kept apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small residence. You dispose of an own patio which is surrounded by flowers and where you can eat outside with your family.

The apartment is inviting and pleasantly furnished with breathtaking sea views afforded from the balcony or 16m2 private terrace. This property is located in the "La Marmorata" residential complex, featuring terraced structures. This is an exclusive village enjoying a wonderful position with rich and luxurious vegetation sloping gently to the sea below.
From the small square or "Piazzetta?, the central nucleus and meeting point, guests may access the various areas of the residential complex crossing gracious miniature bridges and stair ways dug out of the natural rock formations. Pure white sand beaches are to be found just a few metres away (with beach umbrellas and loungers available for rent).
The village boasts a bar, restaurant, supermarket, piano bar and car park (not guarded) and a shuttle bus to and from Santa Teresa di Gallura.
In Santa Teresa di Gallura, just 5 km away, a wealth of additional services are to be found, including shops, bars, restaurants, etc.

Your accommodation is surrounded by green fields with many palm- and pine tree and on which a fantastic communal salt water swimming pool with hydro massage lies. The coast line distinct itself by an alternation of rock- sand (900 metres) and pebble beach and crystal clear sea water.
If you dont want to lay at the beach, you can also nicely amuse yourself at the spacious communal swimming pool.
An active day also belongs to the options with at short distance bicycle rental, riding school and many water sports. At a distance of 3 km. there is also an 18 hole golf course.
After an active or just a relaxing day, staying in the private little garden with a good glass of local wine is a delight with your family.
