IT-08040-10 and apartment Aurora IT-08040-09 are in an attractive detached villa. The villa is near the village of Girasole in the heart of this beautiful area. There is a pleasant garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation. The apartments are equipped with all modern conveniences. Both have their own terrace with barbecue. The terraces enjoy splendid views. The sea and the beach are 2 km away. There is plenty to do here such as fishing, sailing, diving and snorkelling.
There are ancient caves which can be visited by boat. You can also enjoy splendid walks in Sardinias interior

You can choose the 4-pers. type (IT-07020-05), a comfortable and of a good standard furnished mobile home with two bathrooms. The 5-pers. (IT-07020-06) is the luxurious type. Both types have air conditioning and a (covered) terrace with garden furniture.

The Lu Nibareddu Residence is in one of the most beautiful bays in Sardinia. The bay has a long, white beach and the sea is a thousand different colours. The residence's apartments are on a hill set between juniper bushes and flowers. They all have a private terrace or balcony. The Seaview Apartment, as the name implies, enjoys a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is smartly furnished. There is a restaurant/pizzeria, reception, football field and tennis court at the residence. The Tavolara Archipelago is a beautiful nature reserve. It is on the north-east coast of the island and near the residence. You can enjoy boat excursions to the archipelago in summer. The Island of Figaro is a little further north and is wonderful for scuba diving and snorkelling.

The holiday house is situated on a every beautiful residence at only three hundred metres from the beach. Your accommodation is surrounded by green fields with many palm- and pine tree and on which a fantastic communal salt water swimming pool with hydro massage lies. The coast line distinct itself by an alternation of rock- sand (900 metres) and pebble beach and crystal clear sea water.
If you dont want to lay at the beach, you can also nicely amuse yourself at the spacious communal swimming pool.
An active day also belongs to the options with at short distance bicycle rental, riding school and many water sports. At a distance of 3 km. there is also an 18 hole golf course.
After an active or just a relaxing day, staying in the private little garden with a good glass of local wine is a delight with your family.
In short, an ideal destination to discover the island Sardinia and also to relax nicely.
Access the house you have to go through 1 km of unpaved road.

This cosy semi-detached holiday home belongs to a pretty villa at only ca. 200m from the sea and the pretty beaches of Sardinia!
The holiday home (ca. 80m2) is divided over two floors; the ground floor and the lower ground floor. It is elegant with all comforts like TV, dishwasher, air conditioning and a communal barbecue, parking space and washing machine. The Sole and Luna holiday homes are also located in the villa.

The holiday home is ideally located to enjoy the sun and the beach and still get to explore Sardinia's culture. You can reach the beach of San Gemiliano within a few minutes' walk. There are also the beautiful beaches of Ogliastra, Orrì, Cea, Barisardo which are easily accessible by car (at a few kilometres). Of course you can also visit the other beautiful spots and discover pretty Sardinia from this holiday home.

Colourful, linked cottage (on 3 floors, 80 m2) on the island Sardinia, between Sassari and Alghero, along the north-westside of the island. The accomodation is in the town Uri, from where the coast can be reached within 25 minutes drive (Costa del Corallo and Lido di Alghero). Within approx. 200-300 metres lies various little shops and a little lake (Lago del Cuga) where you can drive around, under a wonderful Mediterranean sun. Close by Alghero (within 18km) you will find among others an airport (Aeroporto di Fertilia).
Rosa dei Venti is an ideal accomodation to spend a peaceful holiday in Sardinia with the possibility to reach the beaches as well.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

This pleasant residential complex is located in Torre dei Corsari, one of Sardinias most beautiful areas. It is less than 500 metres from the magnificent azure sea, beaches and giant sand dunes, that are so typical to this zone. The complex with its numerous patio areas, is walled and is under constant surveillance.
This bright and sunny holiday home is just one of the complexs stunning apartments, and affords marvellous views over the sea and dunes. The apartment is furnished in a basic yet vivacious and practical way and the living area measures 35 to 45 m, on the first or second floor (depending on the apartment in question). Some of the apartments boast a private terrace.
This apartment makes the perfect base for visiting the captivating inland area or for making the most of Sardinias coastline, (the owner can supply you with lots of useful information about the local area).
There is a good range of shops nearby and the centre of the holiday complex is just 500 m away. Local villages in a 5 km radius, offer amenities such as filling stations and cash machines.

It is situated in a walled residential area and is less than 500 metres from the beautiful azure sea, with beaches and giant sand dunes, so typical of this region. The property also boasts a balcony affording wonderful views over the sea and the dunes, a covered veranda and private garden. Furniture is basic yet functional.
Just 800 m from the beach, this holiday home is in the heart of nature and thus offers guests a certain level of privacy, ideal for enjoying Sardinias sun and beaches but also for visiting the spellbinding inland areas. The owner will supply you with lots of useful information about the region.
A number of shops are to be found within a 500 m radius (close to the residential area). Other services including petrol stations and cash machines are located in villages within a 5 km radius.
