The city of Budoni is in the north-east of Sardinia. The apartment Maresol is just a few kilometres from Budoni. It is in the heart of a hilly area with lovely views of the sea. The coast and its white sandy beaches are spectacular. The beaches are surrounded by rocks, hills, woods and flowers. The colour of the water alternates between transparent turquoise and intense blue. It is excellent for swimming, surfing and snorkelling. Both apartments (IT-08020-07) are on the ground floor. The beach is 1.5 km from the holiday home. You can enjoy the sun and the fresh sea air from the terrace. The terrace has an outdoor shower. You can enjoy many events to do with local folklore in summer in the surrounding villages.

This pleasant residential complex is located in Torre dei Corsari, one of Sardinias most beautiful areas. It is less than 500 metres from the magnificent azure sea, beaches and giant sand dunes, that are so typical to this zone. The complex with its numerous patio areas, is walled and is under constant surveillance.
This bright and sunny holiday home is just one of the complexs stunning apartments, and affords marvellous views over the sea and dunes. The apartment is furnished in a basic yet vivacious and practical way and the living area measures 35 to 45 m, on the first or second floor (depending on the apartment in question). Some of the apartments boast a private terrace.
This apartment makes the perfect base for visiting the captivating inland area or for making the most of Sardinias coastline, (the owner can supply you with lots of useful information about the local area).
There is a good range of shops nearby and the centre of the holiday complex is just 500 m away. Local villages in a 5 km radius, offer amenities such as filling stations and cash machines.
Upon request the owner will organise trips to the Islands natural beauty spots or tourist attractions.

The various detached mobile homes are spread over the park, mostly on spots in the woody area. You can choose the 4-pers. type (IT-07020-05), a comfortable and of a good standard furnished mobile home with two bathrooms. The 5-pers. (IT-07020-06) is the luxurious type. Both types have air conditioning and a (covered) terrace with garden furniture.

The Lu Nibareddu Residence is in one of the most beautiful bays in Sardinia. The bay has a long, white beach and the sea is a thousand different colours. The residence's apartments are on a hill set between juniper bushes and flowers. They all have a private terrace or balcony. The Seaview Apartment, as the name implies, enjoys a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is smartly furnished. There is a restaurant/pizzeria, reception, football field and tennis court at the residence. The Tavolara Archipelago is a beautiful nature reserve. It is on the north-east coast of the island and near the residence. You can enjoy boat excursions to the archipelago in summer. The Island of Figaro is a little further north and is wonderful for scuba diving and snorkelling.

Attractive holiday apartment in Sardinia, just 50 metres from the sea. Welcoming and pleasantly furnished with breathtaking sea views (from the private 16m2 veranda) in the "La Marmorata" residential complex, which is a terraced structure. This exclusive village occupies an exceptional position with rich, lush vegetation leading down to the sea, amongst the imposing, giant granite rocks, worn by the wind.
From the "Piazzetta", or small square, the central nucleus and meeting point, all areas of the complex can be reached, walking along delightful miniature bridges and stairways dug out of the natural rock. A pure white beach is just 50 metres away (with umbrella and sun loungers available for hire).
Village services include: a bar, restaurant, supermarket, piano bar and car park (without surveillance), as well as a shuttle bus to and from Santa Teresa di Gallura.

In Santa Teresa di Gallura, just 5 km away, a wealth of other services are to be found: shops, bars, restaurants, etc. While the Costa Smeralda is 49 km away.

NB: cleaning of the kitchen corner must be carried out by guests (failure to do so will incur a supplement of ?40).

The holiday house is situated on a every beautiful residence at only three hundred metres from the beach. Your accommodation is surrounded by green fields with many palm- and pine tree and on which a fantastic communal salt water swimming pool with hydro massage lies. The coast line distinct itself by an alternation of rock- sand (900 metres) and pebble beach and crystal clear sea water.
If you dont want to lay at the beach, you can also nicely amuse yourself at the spacious communal swimming pool.
An active day also belongs to the options with at short distance bicycle rental, riding school and many water sports. At a distance of 3 km. there is also an 18 hole golf course.
After an active or just a relaxing day, staying in the private little garden with a good glass of local wine is a delight with your family.
In short, an ideal destination to discover the island Sardinia and also to relax nicely.
Access the house you have to go through 1 km of unpaved road.

There is a beautiful beach and 300 days of sun per year. This is the perfect location for an unforgettable holiday. The detached mobile homes are spread around the park. They are often in the wooded areas. The 4 person model, IT-07020-05, is an attractive and pleasantly furnished mobile home with two bathrooms. The 5 person IT-07020-06 is the De Luxe model. Both types of mobile home have air conditioning and a covered terrace with garden furniture.
