Casa Morandi consists of two apartments. They are Morandi Sopra and Morandi Sotto. Both apartments enjoy part of the garden. They each have their own garden furniture. The interiors are neat and comfortable. You can enjoy delightful views of the hills and mountains from the garden. The owner lives in Vierle which is near Casa Morandi. The road winds for 5 km from Londa to Vierle. Vierle is a hamlet with a small group of houses. It is ideal for holiday makers seeking tranquillity. The area is perfect for walking. Florence is 40 km away. The protected Foreste Casentinesi Nature Reserve is 30 km.

The apartments (IT-55022-01, IT-55022-03, IT-55022-05 and IT-55022-06) are at the top of the 640 m mountain. They are perfectly located for long walks in the forests, cycling and energetic mountain biking. You can hire canoes at the nearby river. The apartments are small and attractively furnished. Great care has been taken during restoration to preserve the original structure of the houses. The apartments have a shared, walled garden with garden furniture, a built-in barbecue and a wood-fired oven. The oven can also be used by the villagers. Various activities are organised during the summer months. At this time cars should be parked a 15 minute walk away. The owner is always happy to collect and return luggage in his Fiat Panda. During the rest of the year cars may be parked in the square 100m from the holiday home.

The charming apartment “La Casa” used to be part of an old monastery, which has been completely restored preserving the typical Tuscan structure. The accommodation is situated 2 km from Rassina, 5 km. from Chitignano and 15 km. from the holy Sanctuary “Sacro Santuario” in Verna. The apartment is on the first floor and has been decorated with great care preserving the beautiful wooden ceiling beams, which give the apartment a very cosy atmosphere. You are only 200. away from the best restaurants in the area.

The Willif farmhouse complex is on a hill 450 metres high. On clear days the sea is easily visible. It is a 20 minute drive away. The Caniccio apartment is a well kept, comfortable holiday home. The home is surrounded by a shared garden. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a fitted barbecue. There is a delightful walking route near the farmhouse. You can stroll amongst grapes, figs, blackberries and raspberries. If you’re fortunate, the fruit will be ready to eat. The figs are particularly delicious. You can enjoy day trips to the Apuane Nature Reserve, the Cinque Terre and the medieval town of Fosdinovo with its castle.

From the communal garden of Villa Talenti, you have a spectacular view over the valley and the river Lima. The garden has been provided with comfortable garden furniture, a barbeque and a cosy eating corner under the gazebo. ‘Il Guscio’ is an elegant, attractively furnished apartment in Bagni di Lucca. The apartment has very high ceilings which create a wonderful feeling of spaciousness. There is an area with garden furniture at the entrance to the house. You can relax here over a glass of wine. The apartment is in a ‘Palazzo’ in a very pleasant area. Many famous people used to live here and visit the thermal baths. These included Napoleon’s sister, Puccini, Verdi, Strauss and Liszt. Bagna di Lucca was a favourite destination of European aristocracy during the 19th century. Restoration of the old thermal baths is taking place next to the apartment. The modern spa resort of Bagna di Lucca is half an hour’s walk away. It can be reached by walking through Via dell’Amore, ‘The street of love’. The area surrounding Bagna di Lucca is green and hilly with superb views. It remains relatively undiscovered by tourists.

A pleasant studio apartment in a very favoured location in Florence. In fact, the apartment is in one of the streets leading to the very famous Duomo Square which is only a hundred metres away. In Duomo square you can see the cathedral, climb up into its dome for an extremely beautiful view of Florence and admire the Giotto tower, etc. Florence abounds in works of art! And the location of the accommodation means that you can reach places of interest easily: the Uffizi Museum, Ponte Vecchio, San Lorenzo market and Pitti Palace.
There are a number of shops in the same street as the apartment, and it is served by several bus routes (useful for getting to the train station, for example).

This beautiful country estate lies in the undulating hills on the border of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. It has breathtaking views. You can visit Michelangelo’s birthplace in the town of Caprese Michelangelo which is only 2 km away.
There are 5 comfortably furnished apartments, in Tuscan style, in the restored buildings. The small detached house (IT-52033-01) has its own terrace. The 2-4 persons apartments (IT-52033-02 & IT-52033-03) and the 4-6 persons apartment use the shared terrace. The biggest apartment (IT-52033-04) is suitable for 6 adults. It can also accomodate 2 children due to the low ceiling and small beds in the fourth bedroom. It has a door opening onto the shared terrace.
