Villa from the early 1900s that has been recently renovated with great care and taste in a cosy country house. Peaceful position in a small town of medieval origins in the Florentine Mugello (600 m alt. a.s.l.). Beautiful views of the valley and the Apennine mountains. Nearby is Mount Falterona where the Arno River begins. The area, full of woods and rivers, offers a wide selection of walking itineraries. The property is characterized by a small, ancient, private chapel. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings with some period pieces. Central heating. For stays of one week or more the first evening dinner is offered by the owner in a typical restaurant in the area. Midweekly cleaning (bathrooms, floors) is included in the price for holidays of a week or more.

The apartment (110 m²) is located in the historic centre of Florence, just a short distance from the great museums and the city's major attractions. The apartment is in a 14th century tower with some beautiful features such as panelled ceilings, terracotta tiling and stone arches.
Florence's monuments and essential places to visit are very close: the Uffizi museum, Signoria Square and the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge are all about 100 metres from the accommodation. Duomo Square is about 200 metres away.
Guests arriving by car can park their vehicle in a supervised, covered car park (price not included in the rent) 20 metres from the apartment.
In order to get around the city more easily, bikes can be hired from Santa Maria Novella central station (10 minutes from the apartment).

This holiday home is part of a former colonial home, restored with respect for the rustic style. The property features wooden beams, stone walls and arched windows with Florentine terracotta brick work from which guests are afforded views over the hills of Montecatini Alto, Monsummano Alto and Marliana. The very simple holiday home in question is picturesque and genuine and is located in the countryside outside Marliana, 450m above sea level, surrounded by the chestnut trees and olive groves of the Tuscan Apenines. The house is across two levels, due to its hillside position. There is a small, private garden for guest use. Little pool (above ground) 5 x 2,5 m.

The holiday home is just 2 km from the centre of Marliana where guests will find shops, bars, a pizzeria, a roast goods store and a chemist. Ten kilometres away you will find Montecatini Terme, famous for its thermal spas and of course a wealth of restaurants, bars, supermarkets as well as a train station.
The location is perfect for those who wish to visit the Tuscan cities of art (Florence, Pisa and Lucca) which are all within easy reach. Perfect also for a relaxing break, thanks to the temperate climate of the area.
Heating is by chimney and an oil burning stove.

The mushroom seasons are from May to June and September to October.
The chestnut season is from September to October (typical Tuscan chestnuts).

‘Le Fontanacce’ is a typical Tuscan farmhouse which offers the ‘La Palma’, ‘Il Corbezzolo’ and 'Mimosa' apartments. It lies at the entrance of the Apennines in one of the most beautiful areas of the Valdinievole, in the province of Pistoia. Both apartments have been completely restored. They radiate a rustic feel and are equipped with every modern convenience. There is an attractive salt water swimming pool (without chlorine) and a bath with hydro massage which requires payment. Breakfast and dinner are available on request. This offers a taste of local Tuscan dishes and delicacies.
There is a breathtaking view of the valley with its hills and forests from the farmhouse terrace. There are ten surviving medieval villages with castles in the nearby hills.
These are well worth a visit and have not yet been discovered by mass tourism.

This attractive, spacious attached house is 122m2. It is all on one level and furnished in traditional Tuscan style. You'll find that it is full of atmosphere.

Authentic and typical old Tuscan watermill, divided into 2 simple but spacious houses, the 2 appartments are devided over 4 floors."Torre" (2 floors) is situaded above "Mulino" (2 floors), equip with among other things a natural swimming pool (at the closely situated river). The building is not too far from Florence (approx. 30min. drive), close to the town Vicchio. Ideal for a peaceful holiday (take some time to freshen in the river and experience the true authentic atmosphere of this house). Also visit the Tuscany art treasures: the house is located in a strategic position to reach the entire Tuscany easily!

Heating (when used): 15 Euro/day.
Cleaning: 12 euro / person (min. 65 Euro).

Due to the interior and neighborhood, the accomodation is not specially suitable for young children.

Spacious apartment (ground and first floor) in a former "casale" (rural villa), entirely renovated, in the hills of Valdarno Inferiore (not far from Florence). The house is surrounded by a large garden and a some woods with a small lake and you will also have access to a swimming-pool.
You are at a distance of 15 km of the Thermal Spa of Montecatini Terme.
The house benefits from a very central location in Northern Tuscany, which is very convenient to take little trips and discover San Miniato (at 14 km), Lucca (at 27 km), Florence (at 45 km) and Pisa (at 49 km). The Tuscan coast is situated at 53km (Viareggio).

The friendly owners live in the house and own 2 very quiet dogs. There are 2 other holiday-houses on the premises.

Cleaning: 10 euros/person/week. Minimum 60 euro.
