Charming and well kept holiday home, (ground floor, 80 m²) newly built in period style - traditional, wooden beamed ceilings and Tuscan terracotta tiles. It is nestled in the breathtaking Tuscan hills and surrounded by 30,000 meters of entirely walled-in land. Some of the grounds are planted with olive trees and in October and November you can gather the olives and follow the pressing process. From the opposite plain, you can see the well known Montecatini Terme; at night this resembles a nativity scene, illuminated with coloured lights. There is an outside area equipped with oven, barbecue and private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) which means you can enjoy alfresco dining next to the warmth of the fire.

In close proximity you will find countless restaurants and traditional pizzerias. Many amenities are to be found just 5 km away in Montecatini Terme: bars, nightclubs, shops, spas, etc.

The house is also in an ideal base from which you can visit Florence, Pistoia, Lucca and Pisa.

This 48m2 apartment is in one of the estate’s two barns, converted into a small house (divided into two adjoining apartments). It is an integral part of the rural holiday site and guests can therefore take full advantage of the garden and swimming pool.
The apartment is on two levels: the kitchen, bathroom and lounge on the ground floor, with the bedroom in the form of a mezzanine (open onto the lounge). Access is via a wooden staircase. The apartment has a private terrace with a magnificent view of the Tuscan countryside.

This is an attractive apartment in the Tuscan hills, near Empoli and approximately 30 km from Florence. The apartment forms part of an elegant villa with an Italian style garden and used to be the residence of Tuscan nobility. This apartment of approximately 75m2 is on the ground floor and has its own entrance and private little terrace. It is one open space and has no doors to divide the rooms. The interior is colourful and tasteful. The bathroom divides the rooms, in order not to look from the bedroom into the living room. The apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a pleasant, relaxing holiday.
It is in the village of Montelupo Fiorentino which is well known for its ceramics. There is a large swimming pool which is shared with the other apartments in the villa. There are parasols and sun loungers. The villa is on the historic road that leads to beautiful Florence so you have easy access to the city as it is only 30 km away. There you can enjoy the Uffizi Museum, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, the Boboli Gardens and many works of Michelangelo. You can also explore other parts of beautiful Tuscany, such as Montecatini Terme, famous for its thermal springs (approx. 45 min by car) and San Gimignano with its many towers (approx. 1 hour drive). Or you can just sit back and enjoy the Tuscan landscape and the sun.
