Sleeping up to 3 people Rating: 3 Star The La Rimessa Apartment is part of a pleasant, small agritourism complex. The apartment is simply furnished. The complex is in the Maremma Region and near the sea. There are three apartments and a few B&Bs. The Maremma Region is a beautiful area where nature's colours are wonderful. There's plenty to see and enjoy here. You can visit the famous Etruscan Necropolis and the area's many medieval villages. All this and the proximity of the sea make this an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. You can enjoy the beach and plenty of culture. The wonderful, historic cities of Rome, Siena, Florence and Pisa are within easy reach. The farm produces grain, vegetables, olives and grapes. You can enjoy many interesting day trips here. Destinations include the Saturnia Thermal Baths with their natural warm waters and the charming seaside resorts of Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole, Calagalera, Ansedonia and Talamone. You can also visit the islands of Giglio, Giannutri and Elba.

Sleeping up to 3 people Rating: 3 Star Within 10 km from the Tuscany coast, close to Campiglia Marittima, you will find this lovely ex-farm, now divided into 4 apartments. 5 hectares garden with fruit and olive trees belong to this accommodation, a cosy swimming pool (10 x 6m) and a veranda. Nice for children: in a fenced in area on the property, there are several animals such as donkeys and sheep, outside there is also a ping-pong table and a playground.
Ideal for a visit to the coast, but also the surrounding: Il Parco di San Silvestro, Suvereto, Piombino and Isola d'Elba (with the boat), for example.
Within a few km is the Calidario, the famous spa-/health resort of the region.
The first floor is accessed by means of a rather narrow spiral staircase.

The complex is in the Maremma hills and near the famous Tuff Stone towns of Sorano. The river flowing through the valley has thermal water so the apartments are in an oasis of lush greenery. You can enjoy a swimming pool with thermal water at a temperature of 37 degrees. There are two waterfalls with natural hydro-massage for relieving day-to-day stress. There is also a small swimming pool for children. The spa has qualified people for massage, mud treatment and other therapies. The Rosa Apartment is ideal for a totally relaxing holiday.

The main characteristic feature of these citadels is that they are built fanned around the church and are marvellously and dominantly positioned. The small streets of the citadel are paved with original slates and, as much as the houses, they have been able to retain their authenticity. This is an ideal location to spend your holiday by the sea or in natural surroundings; to experience local customs and traditions whilst having ample possibillities to take trips to the well-known cities of art such as Lucca and Florence. The surrounding area offers possibilities for excursions on foot or horseback. Furthermore, you can take flights on delta wings or just sit and fish at the small lakes and rivers. Sleeping up to 4 people Rating: 3 Star The spacious two room apartments, entirely furnished in a modern and comfortable way, boast a balcony on the first floor or patio on the ground floor.
Information about the pools: as residence guests, you will be granted a free access to the olympic pool of the "residence" part of the complex, open from 02/05 until the 26/09 (this pool is the rectangular one, visible on the pictures). The second pool (the half-moon shaped one, also visible on the pictures) is the golf members' pool and is generally not available for the non-members residence guests.
From the 13/06 until the 12/09, a shuttle-bus is available for the guests to go and come from the private beach of the complex (one beach umbrella and two sunloungers per apartment are available on the spot).
Small pets admitted for 30 Eur extra charge. Pets are not admitted in public rooms, areas and beach. Please contact us if you want to come with a pet.
