Sleeping up to 3 people Rating: 3 Star Comfortable residence on the Tuscan coast, 2 km from the sea and a nature park. There are various holiday residences which are located in different buildings. These sunny holiday residences (ground floor or first floor) are charmingly furnished. The apartments on the ground floor are equipped with their own terrace or veranda. The residence offers every comfort: a large garden (80,000 m2), 2 swimming pools (also for children), playgrounds, BBQs, football and volleyball courts. In the nearby surroundings there is also a manege and tennis courts.
A stay in this residence is ideal for a relaxing holiday enjoying the coast and the beautiful Tuscan beaches, but also for nature and art lovers through its location on the Costa degli Etruschi. There are also many cities within easy reach: Volterra, San Gimignano, Pienza, Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca.

It is only 3 km from the historic centre of Cortona in the heart of Tuscany. There are various apartments in this traditional building. They are furnished in typical Tuscan style and are full of atmosphere. It is an ideal location for a relaxed holiday. There is a garden and swimming pool. The farmhouse is a good base to discover the rest of Tuscany. You can easily visit Cortona, Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Perugia and Assisi. Excursions and cookery courses with traditional Tuscan recipes can be organised. Please check with the owner beforehand.

Sleeping up to 3 people Rating: 3 Star The spacious two room apartments, entirely furnished in a modern and comfortable way, boast a balcony on the first floor or patio on the ground floor.
Information about the pools: as residence guests, you will be granted a free access to the olympic pool of the "residence" part of the complex, open from 02/05 until the 26/09 (this pool is the rectangular one, visible on the pictures). The second pool (the half-moon shaped one, also visible on the pictures) is the golf members' pool and is generally not available for the non-members residence guests.
From the 13/06 until the 12/09, a shuttle-bus is available for the guests to go and come from the private beach of the complex (one beach umbrella and two sunloungers per apartment are available on the spot).
Small pets admitted for 30 Eur extra charge. Pets are not admitted in public rooms, areas and beach. Please contact us if you want to come with a pet.

The main characteristic feature of these citadels is that they are built fanned around the church and are marvellously and dominantly positioned. The small streets of the citadel are paved with original slates and, as much as the houses, they have been able to retain their authenticity. This is an ideal location to spend your holiday by the sea or in natural surroundings; to experience local customs and traditions whilst having ample possibillities to take trips to the well-known cities of art such as Lucca and Florence. The surrounding area offers possibilities for excursions on foot or horseback. Furthermore, you can take flights on delta wings or just sit and fish at the small lakes and rivers. The accomodation itself is simply but completely furnished. The small terrace is equipped with garden furniture. From the bedrooms the house offers a wonderful view of the valleys. In the evening hours you can enjoy the open fire place in the living room.
