Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 2 Star This old farmhouse is highly characteristic of Umbria. It dates from the 10th century and is equipped with all modern comforts while preserving its original style. The farmhouse offers 8 attractive and tastefully furnished apartments. Due to the excellent position at around 500 m high, you have a beautiful view of the whole valley. You can go on superb walks or just enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. The country estate offers a wide range of facilities, such as a swimming pool, a large garden, a communal recreation area in the taverna, an open fireplace and laundry area.
As well as being ideal for a relaxing holiday, the estate is perfect for interesting day trips in the surrounding area: Perugia (60 km), Arezzo (40 km), Citta di Castello (18km) and Umbertide (15km).

Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 2 Star In Roman times, this suggestive holiday home (a 1st floor appartment, of 50 m2) in the town of Ripabianca di Deruta served as a watch tower. Over the centuries it has undergone many changes, becoming, in the Middle Ages, a small castle under the rule of Todi. It was destroyed and rebuilt over and over until, in our times, it was renovated by the Mancinelli family and used as a private residence. There is also a small annexed ceramics workshop, run by one of the familys sons.
A part of the castle has been put to use as a suggestive and intimate bed and breakfast, with two homely apartments called Eufrasia and Pervinca respectively. These apartments are located on the side of the castle, after the small gate on the right which is visible on the photographs. The bedrooms are snug and warm, and furnished in good taste.
From the appartment you can effortlessly reach the distictive town of Ripabianca on foot. By car you can easily get to interesting locations such as: Deruta, Todi, Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco and Spoleto. In addition, you are in close proximity to the Parco del Sole an awe-inspiring natural park full of wildlife where you can enjoy a walk or go mountain biking.
Upon request (price to be agreed with the owner):
- Breakfast which may be served outside in the charming medieval courtyard, on the spacious terrace, or inside the apartments, all of which are equipped with functional rustic-style kitchens.
- Car-hire service (close to the residence complex, information can be obtained from the owner).

The company has over 60 ha. of olive orchards and forests. An ideal spot for the hiking- and mountain biking lovers. The complex disposes of a communal outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis and a fitness track of approx. 1 km. All apartments lie on the first floor and furnished in traditional Umbrian style, caring a lot to preserve the originality. Earlier, the apartments served as guesthouses for the many tourists who came to this place to drink the mineral water at the closely situated river. The comfortable apartments are renovated in antique style. The guest can enjoy a peaceful surrounding, situated in the green hills of Umbria. They can even make use of the modern swimming pool and the tennis court. In the surrounding, you will find a variety of art cities such as Perugia (30km) and Assisi (48km). Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 3 Star This beautiful farmhouse complex is 2 km from Paciano and on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It is 700m above sea-level. The farmhouse is in the middle of the Monte Pausillo National Park. The old farm has been completely renovated. It now consists of a number of attractive apartments (IT-06060-18, IT-06060-27, IT-06060-28, IT-06060-29). There is a lovely swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills. The farm also has a small children’s playground and a 3 km training circuit with gym equipment. There are horses on the farm and it produces wine and olive oil.
The owner drives his guests to the farm from his home in Paciano due to the steep sandy road with sharp bends. This is a delightful place to relax, have fun and enjoy interesting excursions. Complete details .... | |

Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 3 Star These 13 rural properties in the verdant Umbria region are spread across a large farm estate measuring 200 hectares, located just 10 km from Umbertide, in the Alta Valle del Tevere Umbra area. This zone is known for its beautiful, rolling landscape at approximately 700 metres above sea level. The farm originally belonged to the most important family in Perugia - the Baglioni family - in the seigniorial period.
The property boasts a wonderful panoramic position and is divided into spacious and homely apartments of various sizes, furnished in the typical Umbria style and equipped with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. Some apartments, located within the Montoni farm houses ancient and distinctive stone tower, feature interior and exterior stone walls. Outside there are wooden tables and garden furniture, allowing guests to make the most of the stunning views.
The estate offers guests a relaxing break, immersed in nature and with countless sporting activities. Surrounded by the Umbria hills and enjoying a central position on the way to Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno and Città della Pieve. The property has been entirely renovated by the owners in a country-house style with elegant and refined furnishings. The 7 dwellings (apartments or small detached houses) of differing dimensions are furnished with taste and style. The owners have tried to recreate a warm, family atmosphere to meet the needs of guests looking for a relaxing rural break with all the refinery of an exclusive estate. Dwellings are located in the main building and 2 annexes. A large garden (1 hectare) with swimming pool top it all off.
