The attractive Oliveto Apartment is part of a traditional farmhouse complex. The complex lies in grounds of 20 hectares. It produces olive oil and saffron. The complex is in the Chianti Valley and is 450 metres above sea level. It is surrounded by olive groves and opposite a protected area of outstanding natural beauty. This delightful park is abundant with chestnut and oak. It is home to wild boar, foxes and deer. The area is ideal for lovers of beautiful scenery and seekers of tranquillity. You can enjoy excellent walking and cycling here. It is easy to reach the cultural, historic cities of Orvieto, Todi and Perugia.

This large, traditional country house is in the hills near Montegiove Castle. The town of Montegabbione is not far. The house is around 470 metres above sea level and is in the Province of Terni. The country house has two guest apartments. The owner lives in the house with his three dogs and three cats. Grounds of one hectare with olive, fig and apple trees surround the house. It is 700 metres from the main road. The apartments have recently been renovated and have antique terracotta tiles and wood beamed ceilings. The patio terrace is entered from the kitchen. The terrace has a barbecue, table and chairs. The owner is happy to prepare dinner using local ingredients on request. The surrounding area is perfect for exhilarating walks. Beautiful Lake Trasimeno is thirty-five kilometres away. You can enjoy interesting day trips to the historic cities of Orvieto, Perugia and Todi and the to ancient town of Citta della Pieve.

Residence Poggio degli Olivi is a new Relais, favourable situated near well known historical cities such as Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Todi and Spoleto. The company has over 60 ha. of olive orchards and forests. An ideal spot for the hiking- and mountain biking lovers. The complex disposes of a communal outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis and a fitness track of approx. 1 km. All apartments lie on the first floor and furnished in traditional Umbrian style, caring a lot to preserve the originality. Earlier, the apartments served as guesthouses for the many tourists who came to this place to drink the mineral water at the closely situated river. The comfortable apartments are renovated in antique style. The guest can enjoy a peaceful surrounding, situated in the green hills of Umbria. They can even make use of the modern swimming pool and the tennis court. In the surrounding, you will find a variety of art cities such as Perugia (30km) and Assisi (48km). The Trasimeno Lake is within 30km.

This beautiful farmhouse complex is 2 km from Paciano and on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It is 700m above sea-level. The farmhouse is in the middle of the Monte Pausillo National Park. The old farm has been completely renovated. It now consists of a number of attractive apartments (IT-06060-18, IT-06060-27, IT-06060-28, IT-06060-29). There is a lovely swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills. The farm also has a small childrens playground and a 3 km training circuit with gym equipment. There are horses on the farm and it produces wine and olive oil.
The owner drives his guests to the farm from his home in Paciano due to the steep sandy road with sharp bends. This is a delightful place to relax, have fun and enjoy interesting excursions.

A large estate is located between Amelia and Narni amidst the olive trees and vineyards. It is an estate easy to reach, ideal for people looking for peace and quiet who want to escape the daily pressures of life. The natural surroundings in the area are beautiful and there are also many cultural sights to see in the direct vicinity.

The estate consists of four rustic houses with a total of 16 apartments, a restaurant, a tennis court, a wine cellar, 3 swimming pools, a playground for the children and there is a cattle farm. Artisanal products, such as wine, grappa and olive oil are sold to the guests at this agriturismo estate. The apartments are rurally and simply furnished with rustic wooden furniture.
