Cosy apartments (50m2), which forms part of an "agriturismo". Earlier, the apartments served as guesthouses for the many tourists who came to this place to drink the mineral water at the closely situated river. The comfortable apartments are renovated in antique style. The guest can enjoy a peaceful surrounding, situated in the green hills of Umbrie.
They can even make use of the modern swimming pool (4x8x1.4m) and the tennis court.
In the surrounding, you will find a variety of art cities such as Perugia (30km) and Assisi (48km). The Trasimeno Lake is within 30km.

Badia alle Grazie, an old monastery from 1300, lies at a few km. from the medieval city Amelia. For the people who love to take longs walks in the middle of the nature, Amelia Terni is an ideal holiday address. The building had been completely turned in to an apartment complex in 2000 with the preservation of the historical radiation. The complex offers several communal areas such as a wine bar, reading room, billiards room and a fire place chamber. Furthermore Badia alle Grazie also has an intern restaurant. The menu is simple but typical for the Umbrian kitchen. With a communal swimming pool with changing rooms, hydro massage, barbeque, toilets and sufficient parking options, this holiday address offers enough facilities.

Situated on a hilltop (3 km. from the centre) in the olive groves and vinyards on the border ot Tuscany and Umbria . The authentic property has been recently renovated and is within a citadel, in a somewhat isolated location. Holiday home set amidst nature on a rural estate in the Monte Subasio National Park, just a few km. from Assisi. The completely enclosed estate covers some 240 hectares where you can see plenty of game including deer and horses. On the estate you find 3 farmhouses that have been turned into holiday accommodations. We have contracted one apartment in each farmhouse (IT-06081-03; IT-06081-04 en IT-06081-05). The farmhouse in which you find this apartment has 2 apartments in total and is situated close to IT-06081-05 and about 3 km. from IT-06081-03. You can enjoy a communal, spacious, panoramic swimming pool with a restaurant (snacks), a bar and a playing meadow. The main building on the estate has a very cosy restaurant where delicious local dishes are served. This holiday destination offers you the possibility to enjoy the overwhelming nature and explore the Umbria region. Historic places such as Perugia (38km), Assisi (10km) and Gubbio (25km) are easily accessible but also a visit to Lago Trasimeno (50 km.) or an exploration of the region of Le Marche are an option. If you like to go horseback riding, you can do so on the estate which has its own stables. You could also make long walks or just relax by the pool and enjoy the spectacular panorama. This is also a wonderful holiday destination in both spring and fall. On the estate the forest roads are unpaved.

Todi offers history, art, culture and many architectural places of interest. The village has all the necessary shops and services such as traditional restaurants, bars, shops and markets. Everything is within easy reach and at walking distance. The holiday home is in a central position in Umbria. It is also conveniently placed for traveling to Tuscany and Le Marche. The surrounding area is well worth a visit with places such as Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Lake Trasimeno and Arezzo. The home is ideal for a quiet, relaxed holiday amidst beautiful scenery, culture and cuisine.

Recently renovated appartement in a mediaeval stronghold. One of the 2 bedrooms is in the tower. This historical accommodation is very close to Perugia and is an ideal starting-point to visit the cities Gubbio, Assisi, Spoleto and Todi. In the neighbouring village there are enough facilities (shops, market etc. The town of Perugia (11 km.) is full of extended possibilities: monuments, museums, a municipal swimming-pool etc.

This pleasant accomodation (on the ground floor, 50-60 m2) is situated within a short distance from the Trasimeno lake, in the green region Umbria (close to Magione). It belongs to an "agriturismo" (sort of farm-countryhouse, with 4 appartements) and is cosy. The location is ideal to discover the lake and its surroundings (beaches, harbours, etc.). Furthermore, it is a central starting point to visit Umbria and Tuscany. You will find the lake within approx. 8 km, Perugia within 18 km, Cortona within 29 km, Arezzo within 58km.

Your apartment can be a little bit different to that on the photos: each apartment is different, yet the style is the same.

This beautiful farmhouse complex is 2 km from Paciano and on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It is 700m above sea-level. The farmhouse is in the middle of the Monte Pausillo National Park. The old farm has been completely renovated. It now consists of a number of attractive apartments (IT-06060-18, IT-06060-27, IT-06060-28, IT-06060-29). There is a lovely swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills. The farm also has a small children’s playground and a 3 km training circuit with gym equipment. There are horses on the farm and it produces wine and olive oil.
The owner drives his guests to the farm from his home in Paciano due to the steep sandy road with sharp bends. This is a delightful place to relax, have fun and enjoy interesting excursions.

Borgo is situated on the boarder of Umbria and Toscany with a fantastic view of both provinces. These reserved properties in between the olive gardens and the green Umbtan landscape are sitauted in the attactive small village called Badia only a few kilometers from the Trasmanian Lake. The vacation property offers many possibilities for exploring both Umbria and Toscany or to just lazily hang around the swiiming pool while your children are having fun in the garden. The 5000 m2 estate contains three carefully renovated properties with the original details. The furnishing is done with great care, taste and care by the lady of the house. The main building, Il Portico, dating from the early 90's, contains five appartments of which we reserved two for you, Il Pino (IT-06061-02) and Il Limone (IT-06061-03).. Villa Il Casolare (IT-06061-04) has its own completely decorated garden of 3000 m2 with chairs and tables surrounded by cypresses and olive trees and with a barbeque. At just 5 km you will find the Borgo of the historic centre of Castiglione del Lago, where you can fancy yourself in another world in between the local people.
