The Chiusetta Farmhouse Complex consists of three beautifully restored houses. The houses are around 150 metres apart from one another. They are 400 metres above sea level and on the border of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. Apartment Porcospino and one other apartment are in one of the three rustic houses 30 metres from the swimming pool. The houses are built in a rustic style and are furnished with great care. They enjoy breathtaking views of the beautiful city of Orvieto. The farmhouse complex is near the old hamlet of Sugano and is surrounded by chestnut trees. The complex is in grounds of 13 hectares with a spacious garden, a small lake and a shared swimming pool with fine panoramic views. Dinner, using local produce, can be organised by the owner on request. The complex produces and sells traditionally pressed olive oil, red wine, fruit and vegetables. There are horses on the farm. You can enjoy excursions to Orvieto, Lake Bolsena and Todi.

It is in an excellent location and enjoys fine views of the valley and the village. The complex is an oasis of peace and quiet where the only sound is birdsong. You can visit an ancient castle with an old tower and striking arches in Canalicchio. The complex has a charming, wonderful atmosphere and is ideal for a quiet holiday. There is a restaurant serving typical local specialties. You'll also find a wellness area with a sauna, Turkish steam room and massage.

Poggio Paradiso is a farmhouse estate in the hills near the village of Scritto. It is described as 'a little paradise'. The apartments (IT-06020-01, IT-06020-02, IT06020-04, IT-06020-05) at this farmhouse complex are at the end of a sandy cul-de-sac. Each apartment has its own terrace and landscaped garden with a wide variety of flowers and plants. There is a splendid view of the sloping hills of Umbria. There is a swimming pool for guests in the grounds. The apartments are very attractive and well furnished.

The farmhouse is near Lake Trasimeno and the town of Castiglione del Lago. The agritourism accommodations are on a hill and enjoy a panoramic view. The five apartments have been furnished by the owner with a keen eye for detail. The Squirrel Apartment has a shared terrace on the first floor with another apartment. The farm consists of 100 hectares of wheat fields, woods and an olive grove. There is a spacious, shared garden with a swimming pool around the apartments. The apartments are in an ideal position for exploring Umbria and Tuscany.

A lovely detached summer chalet on a "Podere" (estate). On the farm olive oil and other nature products are produced and sold. You can make use of the big (communal) garden with garden furniture, swimming pool (14x5m), and facilities for the children, use the mountain bikes. In the neighbourhood are woods where you can hike or horse ride peacefully. The accommodation can be found on the perfect position to visit Umbria and Tuscany (Chianti area); Perugis is within 15min. drive, Trasimeno Lake and Assisi within 25min., Arezzo within 1 hour, Rome 2 hours drive.

This medieval castle in Umbria dates from the 13th century. The castle has six holiday accommodations. They all have an authentic, rustic style and a unique atmosphere. The small Church of San Bartolomeo is in the complex. It has wonderful frescos from the 16th and 17th Centuries. The castle is ideal for those who are interested in history and culture as well as a relaxing holiday.

This vacation appartement is situated at the first floor of the big tower.

The owner and his family live in the complex. They are happy to provide helpful tips about the surrounding area and help make your holiday even more enjoyable.
