Borgo is situated on the boarder of Umbria and Toscany with a fantastic view of both provinces. These reserved properties in between the olive gardens and the green Umbtan landscape are sitauted in the attactive small village called Badia only a few kilometers from the Trasmanian Lake. The vacation property offers many possibilities for exploring both Umbria and Toscany or to just lazily hang around the swiiming pool while your children are having fun in the garden. The 5000 m2 estate contains three carefully renovated properties with the original details. The furnishing is done with great care, taste and care by the lady of the house. The main building, Il Portico, dating from the early 90's, contains five appartments of which we have reserved two for you, Il Pino (IT-06061-02) and Il Limone (IT-06061-03).. Villa Il Casolare (IT-06061-04) has its own completely decorated garden of 3000 m2 with chairs and tables surrounded by cypresses and olive trees and with a barbeque. At just 5 km you will find the Borgo of the historic centre of Castiglione del Lago, where you can fancy yourself in another world in between the local people.

Cardellino lies on the hill at Magione, about 1 km van the town, halfway between Perugina and Lago Trasimeno.It is an old colonial house tucked away among centuries old olive groves and oak forests. Your apartment is on the ground floor, but has it's own entrance on the ground floor. Furnished in rustic style, typical of Umbria. Patio.

Agriturismo Santomanno is situated within 2 ha. of its own grounds, the area is being developed and is near the motorway. The large propery has been recently renovated and retains many original features. There is a welcome dinner provided. The 5-persons accommodation (70 m², 1st floor) looks out over the garden and swimming pool. Own corner with garden furniture and communal barbeque.

Residence Poggio degli Olivi is a new Relais, favourable situated near well known historical cities such as Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Todi and Spoleto. The company has over 60 ha. of olive orchards and forests. An ideal spot for the hiking- and mountain biking lovers. The complex disposes of a communal outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis and a fitness track of approx. 1 km. All apartments lie on the first floor and furnished in traditional Umbrian style, caring a lot to preserve the originality. From the living rooms you will have a wonderful view at the green valleys of Umbria. At request a 4-pers. apartment is also available.

Holiday home set amidst nature on a rural estate in the Monte Subasio National Park, just a few km. from Assisi. This completely enclosed estate covers some 240 hectares where you can see plenty of game including deer and horses. On the estate you find 3 farmhouses that have been turned into holiday accommodations. We have contracted one apartment in each farmhouse (IT-06081-03; IT-06081-04 en IT-06081-05). The farmhouse in which you find this apartment has 4 apartments in total and the distance to the other 2 farmhouses is 3 km. In front of the farmhouse (ca. 500 m.) is a communal, spacious, panoramic swimming pool with a restaurant (snacks), a bar and a playing meadow. The main building on the estate has a very cosy restaurant where delicious local dishes are served. This holiday destination offers you the possibility to enjoy the overwhelming nature and explore the Umbria region. Historic places such as Perugia (38km), Assisi (10km) and Gubbio (25km) are easily accessible but also a visit to Lago Trasimeno (50 km.) or an exploration of the region of Le Marche are an option. If you like to go horseback riding, you can do so on the estate which has its own stables. You could also make long walks or just relax by the pool and enjoy the spectacular panorama. This is also a wonderful holiday destination in both spring and fall. On the estate the forest roads are unpaved.

Holiday house situated in the middle of the gorgeous nature of Umbria (green heart of Italy) on an into a holiday destination transformed farm estate of no less then 80 hectare. Deliciously settle down between very friendly people and many animal species and enjoy the overwhelming views. The estate, bordering at a country road, has besides the main building in where the restaurants lies, three more buildings in where a total of 9 apartments have been accommodated. This house is situated on the ground floor of a beautiful restored farm house with a total of 3 apartments. We have also reserved another 4-pers. house for you in another building (IT-06062-04). The estate offers many possibilities for recreation and activities. As a result of which, you can deliciously lounge about at the spacious shared swimming pool while your children frolic around in the playground or take horseback riding lessons in the riding school. The environment is excellent to travel with the mountain bike or undertake nice hiking- and rambling trips. The very central location also enables you to visit the many historical attractions such as Orvieto (25 km.), Siena (100 km.), Perugia (60 km.) and Rome (120 km.). After such an impressive day it is subsequently wonderful to stay on your own spacious terrace or taste the local dishes in the available restaurant.

Attractive apartment built in stone and measuring 70 m², located in central Montecchio. The apartment is located within a building dating back to 1200 and has undergone meticulous restoration work. The thick walls of the apartment emanate a bygone charm, like the houses of yesteryear. The beautiful beams in each room, the traditional Italian terracotta flooring and the generous sized chimney in the living room all add to the apartment?s warmth and comfort. Montecchio is a medieval town that has been wonderfully preserved, with an old town dating back to 1200. Apart from its monuments and attractive centre, Montecchio offers visitors exceptional cuisine and optimum DOP olive oil! The location is half way between Orvieto, the Etruscan city famous for its Cathedral and Todi, another delightful town. Rome, located approximately 115 km away, is also within reach for a pleasant day-trip!
