Sleeping up to 4 people Rating: 3 Star This beautiful farmhouse complex is 2 km from Paciano and on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It is 700m above sea-level. The farmhouse is in the middle of the Monte Pausillo National Park. The old farm has been completely renovated. It now consists of a number of attractive apartments (IT-06060-18, IT-06060-27, IT-06060-28, IT-06060-29). There is a lovely swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills. The farm also has a small childrens playground and a 3 km training circuit with gym equipment. There are horses on the farm and it produces wine and olive oil.
The owner drives his guests to the farm from his home in Paciano due to the steep sandy road with sharp bends. This is a delightful place to relax, have fun and enjoy interesting excursions. Complete details .... | |

The house is on a slightly sloping landscape, 6 km from Lake Trasimeno. It is 500 metres away from the motorway to Perugia. The apartments IT-06063-01, IT-06063-20, IT-06063-21 and IT-06063-22 are on the first and second floors. The interiors are well kept and neat. Some of the apartments have beautiful ceilings. The house is surrounded by a spacious shared garden with garden furniture and a swimming pool. There is a barbecue and picnic table for shared use. The home has four apartments and is surrounded by 180 hectares of grounds consisting of woods and fields. The original 18th Century building has been completely renovated and is simply furnished. Motorised traffic is not allowed in the area. Guests can arrive by car. The farmhouse complex is in the Coppo Nature Reserve which is known for its expansive fir woods. The woods have picnic tables and numerous walking trails. The area is famous for its rare white truffles and the owner will be happy to tell you more about them. Casale Carocci lies in the middle of the heart of the park Monti Sibillini which is known as a nature park and an art rich area. The Casale has been given as a present in 1648 by emperor Ferdinando III, to the Carocci family. The Casale is situated on a hill which offers a view at the wonderful colour of the nature in the environment. You also have access to a communal outdoor swimming pool with a panoramic view at the valleys.
