Prestigious residence, composed of 7 apartments in the centre of the charming, small town of Cison di Vamarino. The residence is part of the Castelbrando castle estate, which is a mere stones throw away. Guests of these holiday apartments receive a badge allowing them access to the castle; which can also be reached via funicular railway, (5 minutes on foot from the residence).

The apartments are comfortable and elegant, the atmosphere is refined and very distinctive. Shops and restaurants can be found just a short distance away and the central position offers opportunities to visit both the mountains and the sea. Why not visit the castle with its meeting rooms, restaurant with traditional menu and countless other services.

The interesting surrounding area: Padua (a historical university town rich in culture, with works by Giotto), Vicenza (architecture and the Palladio villas), Venice (cultural, political and moral capital of the Veneto region, as well as a spectacular place to visit), Sottomarina, Jesolo, Caorle (sea and beach), Verona (Arena, Romeo and Juliette) and Lake Garda (beaches, surfing and amusement parks).

This accommodation is the ideal solution for two or three people because unlike a simple studio, it has a bedroom separate from the lounge. The equipped kitchen will prove to be extremely practical for preparing a snack before starting out on your visits.

The location of the apartment is extremely central, perfect for reaching Venice's major tourist sites like Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark's Square.

Beautiful apartment with a pleasant garden, something quite rare in Venice! The accommodation covers ca. 40 m2 and opens onto the garden. The garden is shared between this apartment and another dwelling, but an area is reserved for each dwelling with a table and chairs.

San Marco and Rialto Bridge are about 10 min. walk away and Zanipolo Square, with its church where the Doges of Venice are buried, is just a few metres away. Close-by you will find Barbaria delle Tole, a small street rich in shops and restaurants. There is a a supermarket nearby.
The boat-bus stop is less than 100 m. away.

Note: the garden is about 70 m2; there is no separation but privacy is retained.

This apartment will plunge you into the heart of Venice life thanks to its location in a popular and a lively district.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2010.

Walking towards the east of the lagoon, you will come across the Arsenal, the symbol of Venice's former naval power, as well as the public gardens.
Walking along the embankment towards the west, you will come to the Bridge of Sighs and the very famous St Mark's Square.

There is a small vineyard and a narrow lane leading through the splendid grounds. The apartment is on the ground floor and is furnished in a traditional style. There are other accommodations in the building. The landlord lives in one of them. The holiday home is in a convenient position for some major roads. Private functions, including parties and other activities, sometimes occur in the grounds on weekends.
