Beautiful apartment with a pleasant garden, something quite rare in Venice! The accommodation covers ca. 40 m2 and opens onto the garden. The garden is shared between this apartment and another dwelling, but an area is reserved for each dwelling with a table and chairs.

San Marco and Rialto Bridge are about 10 min. walk away and Zanipolo Square, with its church where the Doges of Venice are buried, is just a few metres away. Close-by you will find Barbaria delle Tole, a small street rich in shops and restaurants. There is a a supermarket nearby.
The boat-bus stop is less than 100 m. away.

Note: the garden is about 70 m2; there is no separation but privacy is retained.

This holiday home is in a farmhouse, two kilometres from the River Po. The grounds are surrounded by 7,000 m2 of greenery. There is a small vineyard and a narrow lane leading through the splendid grounds. The apartment is on the ground floor and is furnished in a traditional style. There are other accommodations in the building. The landlord lives in one of them. The holiday home is in a convenient position for some major roads. Private functions, including parties and other activities, sometimes occur in the grounds on weekends.

Agriturismo (50 hectares) is in the village of Ariano Polesine, in the Po delta, which is still wild and unspoiled. The village is only 5km. from the Strada Romeo, which leads to the most beautiful towns and places in Emilia Romagna en Veneto. The restored apartment is on the 1st floor. Communal garden with garden furniture.

Sympathetic apartement (1st floor with balcony) in a recently renovated holiday house with a total of 5 apartments, in the lagoon of Venice. The accommodation is furnished in a modern style (satellite-TV, dishwasher and washing machine), but still posesses the typical local atmosphere, thanks to its architecture, fireplace, stone floortiles etc. You will have a communal garden with a swimming-pool at your and the other guest's disposal.

The location is unique: calm, but only 10 km. from the Lido di Jesolo, worldly and touristic part of Venise (beaches, nightclubs, bars, restaurants, golf etc.). The house is right by the water: the centre of Venice is accessible by boat, at 19km distance.
As such, it is an ideal place for a quiet and varied stay: a beach-holiday in Jesolo, a cultural holiday in Venice, a natural holiday (discovering the lagoon) and the opportunity to see a beautiful part of Italy: Treviso, Padova, Vicenza.
Venice is also accessible by public liners: the stop and sales point is in Jesolo.

It is possible to rent the owner's small boat (ask in advance, 25 Euro/day, navigation permit not necessary) or bring your own boat (reserve a place on the jetty in advance).

Access the house you have to go through 7 km of unpaved road.

This small house is on an estate that dates from the 14th Century. The house is in the Province of Vicenza and in the Colli Berici or Berici Hills. Around 32 hectares of the estate are partially vineyards and contain a borgo or old village. It has an ancient 'Torre Colombara' or grape tower. The borgo belonged to the Venetian Procurator in the 16th and 17th Centuries. The holiday accommodation is semi-detached and in the left wing of the old farm house. The immediate surroundings are excellent for excursions, hiking, mountain biking and more. Lake Fimon is seventeen kilometres away.

The interesting surrounding area: Padua (a historical university town rich in culture, with works by Giotto), Vicenza (architecture and the Palladio villas), Venice (cultural, political and moral capital of the Veneto region, as well as a spectacular place to visit), Sottomarina, Jesolo, Caorle (sea and beach), Verona (Arena, Romeo and Juliette) and Lake Garda (beaches, surfing and amusement parks).

This cottage : Chalet 4p, two room chalet measuring 40 m2 and sleeping 2-4. Located on the ground floor with a loft area.

This holiday village is in a quiet, rural location in Duna Verde di Caorle on the Adriatic coast, just 500 m from the beach and 800 m from the resort centre. There are 58 charming, new terraced holiday cottages built in a horse shoe shape, attractively decorated and boasting private entrances and gardens. This family run establishment has a warm and friendly atmosphere, perfect for families with small children and those looking for a value for money holiday, just a stones throw from Caorle, Jesolo and Venice.

Spacious apartment (120 m2 on the 1st floor) in Refrontolo, in the province Treviso (region of Venice). In the village are various shops and restaurants. The accommodation (with its own little garden (80 m2) and small balcony) offers a peaceful stay and is ideal situated to visit the surrounding: within approx. 10 km you cities Vittorio Veneto and Conegliano.
The region is known for among others the various sorts of wines "prosecco" which is produced here. There are possibilities for various activities, like walking and cycling excursions, kayak (canoe) in the Piave river and maneges.
Ideally situated to drive to the mountains (Dolomites) but even the sea (Venice and Jesolo within approx. 1 hour). Padova and Vicenza are within approx. 1 hours drive.
(5 min. from Pieve di Soligo, 10 min. from Conegliano Veneto).
The airport of Treviso (where low cost flights arrive) is within 38 km.

This holiday home is set in the undulating Euganean Hills near Venice and Padua. The home is modern and comfortable. It is traditionally furnished in the attractive style of the region. The home is around 60 m2 and on the ground floor and first floor. The home has a small private terrace. There is a large shared garden which adults and children will enjoy. There is another holiday home in the building. The home is next to the Colli Euganei National Park. You can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, golf, thermal springs and more, all amidst the national parks beautiful scenery.
